We have just been away to Calendar Fri to Mon, it was a fab weekend and the driver Rob was proffessional and in good spirit, and looked after everyone, the staff we met were young in the hotel serving breakfast, meals, and behind reception and the bar, and there service was great they were all lovely and proffesional and shows they dont need years of experience to do the job well x please pass my comments on to the staff as I am a HR Manager and they are a credit to the Hotel x

Booked a few coach trips via caledonian. Absolutely amazing service. My feedback for longer journeys would to give a bit better idea of times For example we went to Scotland and be good to know on the train ride that it would be back 9pm. Overall been on mystery weekends..coach drivers friendly and always on time and reliable. Then did Scotland for week.. again looked after and Craig driver was so funny but caring. Made the experience great. We stayed in Caledonian hotel and was taken out daily..brekkie 7.30am, out on coach for 8.30am-9am and usually back at hotel for 5pm. 3 course meal 7pm and 4 drinks each! Hotel needed dome upgrades, better carpets and not very soundproof rooms..but comfortable beds, fantastic staff service and food great. So well looked after. Nice not having to drive and just relax. Thankyou!

Myself and my friend booked a mystery weekend away with Caledonian travel. The price was great for what was included we didn’t have high expectations but we were just happy to have a weekend off from being mums. It actually blew our expectations out of the water. We were greeted by Steve from Ross travel as calendonian had outsourced our coach and driver but he was fabulous and so was the coach it was immaculate! Our first stop was Chester we got a good 4-5 hours which we thoroughly enjoyed and allowed us to really get to look round Chester it was beautiful. We were picked up at 4.30 the coach was ready and waiting for us to be taken to our hotel. It was the Hilton in stoke on Trent. What a gorgeous hotel! The rooms were lovely , spacious and modern. We had a buffet tea included it wasnt a gourmet meal but it was nice enough there was enough to choose from. The next morning we had a buffet style breakfast which was lovely we couldn’t fault it. Again Steve had the coach ready and waiting for us to set off to our next destination of Bakewell we got 3-4 hours there another lovely place to visit. We were home for around 6/6.30. We loved our weekend and will definitely be booking again.

Went on a small trip from Hull to Amsterdam. The driver was great throughout the journey and when driving us around from the sea port to Amsterdam. He made it fun, put music on and had a laugh with passengers. Definitely would go with this coach company again.

Shout out to Ray our driver to thank him for his wealth of knowledge and driving skills around London. You contributed greatly to making it such a fabulous 5 day experience at London lights and Winter wonderland Dec 2022. With all your hints on how to get to places, and easy route planning my niece and myself had a wonderful experience. Really enjoyed the London by night tour, the secret viewing platform, would never tell anyone your secret to see all London was fabulous and all the hints and tricks with photos of which we have some fab ones, singing was a bit ropey though. Wish all the drivers were like you because you assisted in making it a great memorable holiday. Caledonian you need Ray to train your drivers because some don't assist at all with knowledge or guidance and it realy helps the trip become extra special.

Me&My partner booked a 2 day break in London for November for my main birthday treat, this included the show Tina Turner the musical. I believe it was good value for money as It included bed&breakfast, travel, the show and free time in London on the Sunday. The show itself was wonderful, highly emotive and the cast talented throughout. We loved it!! The Aldywch theatre was beautiful and all staff friendly&professional. The seats we were allocated were high up and little room so may not be ideal for people with reduced mobility but had a clear view of the stage. Overall it was a busy but lovely weekend and made such lovely memories but, feel it should be organised better and more information and communication given during the trip. It would be helpful for passengers as well to be given an interinary. The show was a matinee performance and we unfortunately missed the start of the show as time was ticking on the roads were busy and lots of road closures due to it being Remberance Sunday the following day. We had to make our own way there after being dropped off in London. It would be most benefical to be dropped off as near to theatre as possible even more so if people have little/no knowledge of London or reduced mobility.

The trip we have just been on was excellent value for money, we booked this as it was way cheaper than trying to travel and stay in London ourselves. Got plenty of time in London which was great and hotel was adequate. The driver we had however was the worst driver we have had on any coach trip. He was miserable the whole 4 days, I don't think I saw him smile once. Tried to talk to him and he just wasn't interested in interacting with anyone. Terrible on the microphone, could barely understand his monotone, droning voice. Absolutely no information given other than the basics (what time to meet at coach, what time dinner was), didn't even tell us when/ where we would be stopping for breaks or who/ what time we would be back home. He really does let your company down, I would think twice about booking with you again in case we got him on the next trip. Other coach companies have much better drivers. I think his name was Graham, but I could be wrong as he never actually told us!

Just on my way home from a,short break to Bosworth Hall, Birmingham Christmas Market and a stop in Stamford on the way down and Lincoln on the way home. Firstly the hotel is need of an update, it is a lovely building with a swimming pool and a spa. The bedroom was really large with everything you need from an ironing board to hairdryer. Our bathroom only had one small bath towel and one hand towel I reported this to reception but we didn't receive any additional towels till Saturday night. When we booked I was told that the bar was 99p got 3 hours every night, however this was not the case the offer was 2 for 1 mind the drink was not very good quality. The food was lukewarm but plenty of it. I gave the 4 stars because the location us beautiful, we spent a lot of time exploring the grounds.
