   Booked for our 5 year old granddaughter for today 22.12.25. Purchased the meal deal option. When we arrived 25 mins early, there was no issue with us going in before our time. The gentleman that booked us in explained what to do for the meal deal, however as our granddaughter is insulin dependent we asked him if he could provide the carbohydrate values of her food. This man was so helpful he brought out the bag of frozen chips and chicken nuggets with the carb values on then when he brought out her food he brought us scales so we could weigh and calculate accurately. This man went above and beyond in every sense and we are so grateful. Would definitely recommend mini monsters, our granddaughter had the best time and enjoyed her meal! Thank you so much

   Our son and his school mates had a great time playing for his birthday. Rob ran proceedings with military precision (in a good way), and somehow even managed to control a large bunch of 6 year olds with the authority I can only dream of.    Fantastic play house for kids. My two children absolutely love coming here to play, as we’ve been coming for many years. My daughter had her party here last week (Friday 21st November) and it was fantastic! I can’t thank the staff enough for how the party was so seamless and everything was great. Thank you!

   The place its self is in a beautiful location, they do have an indoor space and outdoor but outside was closed when we visited. The play area is a good size and there’s plenty for them to do with in the play zone. Staff were nice and easy to communicate with also. The one negative thing I would say is that it’s very cramped in the sitting area. I use a walking stick and found it quite difficult to navigate to the cafe at the back. It’s definitely not ideal if you are in a wheel chair or have a child who needs a large pram. Other than the seating area issue definitely a great place to take the children!

   Went for the first time on Sunday. It was fully booked. Play area is small. But there is a park outside, so I was looking forward to it, but it was a pity that I couldn't use it even though it was sunny. Fries weren't very tasty.

   We attended the SEN Christmas Session this morning. I can’t recommend it enough. The staff were all so lovely and the Santa was amazing with the children. It was great value for money. The games the children played were really good fun. My children had a great time! Thank you so much.

   The best play area i have taken my child to. He has additional needs and will run off and try and escape, this is totally enclosed, really safe, brilliant value for money and staff are so friendly. Lovely food too and brilliant price. Highly Recommend!

   We had our Daughter's 5th Birthday Party on 22/01/2022. The party host was very organised and super helpful. The children loved every minute. The food was well presented and fresh followed by ice cream :) Excellent value for money. (very reasonable price) Would recommend for a hassle free kids party. Thanks Mini Monsters xx
