   I found Uxbridge branch so empathetic, they staff there are patient. I moved recently to my new home which was testing, and the change of address caused a glitch and my order went to my last address. I was so frustrated when I got to the store. The Manager Steve was excellent in dealing with woes and replaced the discounted items gave me new items. Five stars to the team in Uxbridge ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I pop in here every so often. The level of customer service really depends on who is serving. There are some amazingly friendly people working here and then there are some who really need to learn how to be polite and professional. But it's fine I guess!

   It had one teller, the people were complaining when rhe teller rang for assistance, guess what? You got it ! There were packers, and workers doing online shopping packing! But hey guess what Iceland, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon, your not what you were as a shop 5 years ago, you've forgot about the bread and butter, on the table to keep your doors open, advice, have a shake up as it's not working in Iceland (Uxbridge) can't speak of other Iceland shops?

   Be very careful! We brought a bag of Chicken Tikka Biryani and during consumption we found a solid metallic tasting lump of foil in the rice. ( hard , 2.5 cm long ) Was very hard and solid and we would hate to think what would have happened if a child had it. We have tried to warn Iceland of the findings but they made it very political, rather than a urgent safety concern and of course continued to sell the rice. I would never shop with Iceland again, if their food has objects inside sealed food packages then it's unsafe for consumption. After speaking with Iceland they have completely ignored the situation in hope I'd go away . Due to safety I taken the matter to Health Safety department .
