   I never asked for any customer service before ,but today when I needed one ,the response I got was shocking. The Indian lady name starting with P ENDING with I, was very rude ,uncooperative and unprofessional. It is very obvious from her attitude that she must need some customer service training. Every problem, her response was ,call customer service. Tesco yiewsley should put a sign on customer service that "please call tesco customer service we can't solve ur problem". On self service point all tesco employees are busy chatting,not concentrating on customer service. All products are as usual standard and good. Only customer service is DOUBLE ZERO.

Additionally, he was very compassionate and exercised absolute patience when dealing with my case. He is doing a commendable job. The name of the company is Total security services (TSS).

   The parking lot is large, and the store is spacious and comfortable. The merchandise is neatly categorized, but most are tesco label products. There aren't many fruit options, and carts are only available at the entrance. They have toilets and a cafe, very comfortable environment.

However, I have noticed that the older security guard on duty tends to follow customers around the store, which can feel a bit uncomfortable.    Customer service was absolutely awful. I was treated with utter disrespect. Please ensure any items from their clothing department are thoroughly inspected. Any damage is noted. I have a visual impairment and did not see some marks. They refused to refund me even though all the labels were intact and it was within 2 days of purchasing. 3 members of staff including the manager implied I had made the marks. Completely humiliating me. Only the most senior store manager had any customer service skills.

   Thoroughly unprofessional pharmacy department. Went in to collect a prescription. The pharmacist was a locum, who didn't have a clue and was unable to find the prescription, despite going through all the boxes several times. The only other member of staff in the department did not appear to be a normal pharmacy staff member either, Had to go back the following day to collect the prescription, which was now miraculously available. Asked the pharmacist for advice about the prescription as this was a change from the previous treatment. Despite this being a fundamental part of his job, he completely refused to give any advice! Avoid this pharmacy.

   Shelves are well stocked and they have a large range of food from around the world. Store is easy to walk around and everything has a clear sign as to what’s down which aisle. Only a few tills open even though there are loads of people waiting with full trolleys. Self checkouts are a nightmare as they always ask For the assistant who take their sweet time to Come help only to walk away and the machine beeps again. Very frustrating when you just want to buy your bits and get home.
