   customer Service is very Bad 1 Girl working over there who is in the till. Need to learn the Customer skills . 2 times I Experienced her Rudeness. First time i ignored but 2nd time again she did. Staffs needs to be changed.

   I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff shows no manners or respect toward customers. When I went in, they spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way. I purchased a bag of flour and, as soon as I picked it up to put it in my car, I noticed it had a hole in it. I immediately went back to let them know, expecting a quick and polite exchange. Instead, the staff member accused me of causing the damage myself and became extremely rude. Rather than offering a replacement or even a proper apology, she just slapped a piece of tape over the hole and handed the bag back to me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Basic courtesy and proper customer service should be the standard, not the exception. I won’t be returning.

   Again they started by fooling their customers with charge of 10P just for a plain blue bag. Ridiculous… no shops near by do this stupidity.

   Very expensive . The indian ice cream KULFI I picked up from there was £3.39 a tub and 3.99 pack of kulfi sticks. The same items in sainsbury are£2.39 a tub and 2.50 kulfi sticks . Will not be going there again.

   Before buying anything from this store make sure you will not come back for an exchange or return. I politely asked them to give me an exchange for 2 packets of frozen samosa which I bought 2 days ago and kept them in fridge straightaway. Among 3 packets I opened 1 so wanted an exchange for 2 packets. They refused although the items were still immaculate condition. Very bad purchase and I am very unhappy about their service.

   All items are available. We were surprised to find even Pan pasand the sweet toffee we ate in our childhood available here. All stuff is arranged very well and easy to get. While you visit the store, you can also visit the kulcha place nearby and complete your shopping experience. Decent amount of Parking is available nearby !
