   I love this Waitrose , it’s a quick and easy way for me to get food or bits and bobs I might need . It’s pretty well stocked , although some things have limited selection .It has a good amount of parking spaces and trolleys. I would say that the staff are kinda passive aggressive when talking or just gossiping to other staff. It is semi expensive so if you want to do a cheap supermarket shopping then maybe go somewhere else . Overall I felt like this Waitrose is good , on the edge of the five .

   I came here to buy my dinner, and was pleasantly surprised but the quantity of different options. Once you enter the Waitrose there is a large amount of self scan machines. If u exit that to the left you are treated to the fruit and vegetable aisle, right next to the meal deal section. Lots of Tills, including multiple self scans, but if you want to have a worker scan your products there are often not enough workers for the amount of tills . Often when you are doing self scan the machine beeps red and because of the lack of workers you often left for a few minutes waiting for them to use their keycard. Overall a pleasant experience, would shop here again.

   Original review: Very good store. The store is well stocked,parking is free,store is clean and the Scan and Go makes everything so much easier and more efficient. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the dates on the food are poor. The branch I went to this morning at a service station had much better dates. Review edit(1 week fast forward): Clean store,they have Euros and US Dollars available at Waitrose. At the customer services desk they have a button if nobody is at the desk and someone will be there shortly. This all adds to a luxurious shopping experience.

   Can be hit and miss with the customer service. Sometimes I meet nice employees other times they constantly chatting on their microphones and don’t pay attention. Inside is clean. Sometimes the coffee machine works and sometimes it doesn’t. There’s ample parking. You cannot stay more than 90 minutes.

   Nice shop with friendly and helpful staff. Best major retailer in the area, bakery section, fresh deli section. Large car park, free when spend is £15, which is easy to achieve these days. Downside, you need to remove the person sleeping outside and using the entrance hedge as a toilet!

   Went to get quite alot of food waited ages at the till as cashier was having a long conversation with a man that had finished his shopping she didn't care about the 3 customers waiting. Only 4 tills open. I asked for a bag and was told dont you know about recycling? I said I did know about recycling cannot believe the cheek of this rubbish rude cashier will not go back will not reccomend to anyone absolutely terrible service

   We thought we would go into Waitrose and see what they had on offer, but when we saw we would have to spend 80p before any shopping, for probably less than an hour stay, would not give them the satisfaction of paying for parking. We only were thinking of getting a few bits we needed (but would not have cost more than £15.00 would not give them any more so off we went to Aldi). In Ealing, you shopped Sainsbury’s and got your your money back whatever you spent.

   As others have mentioned, parking is tightly controlled and chargeable . You do get this refunded if you spend more than £15 but for a smaller shop then forget it. Purchased a birthday cake from this store and upon opening it, it was clear it had been sitting around for some time as it was hard/stale. Threw the cake in the bin, but more disappointed it was ever stocked and sold by Waitrose in this condition in the 1st place. Staff were ok to deal with but given my experience of this visit added to the fact that parking is chargeable to just shop at the store puts me off and will ensure i shop elsewhere.
