Woman at till was really rude. Said hi to her and she blanked me and scanned my items. I asked her if they accept sparks card ( as it’s inside a BP I know sometimes they don’t) to which she bluntly replied ‘this isn’t Sainsbury’s.’ I was confused as sparks card is for m and s because I work there? A nectar card is for Sainsbury’s? I paid for my items and the transaction was still going through and she just walked straight off into the back room. Didn’t even wait to check if it went through. No bye or thank you, I appreciate sometimes people have off days, and this wasn’t just poor customer service it was incredibly rude to be spoken to like this.
