   Cramped space with staff trying to unload big trollies in the way. Always only one staffed till. Lovely abusive drunks outside. What a dive! Disabled parking taken by works vans!

   A basic level and understanding of English for the workers would be ideal and perhaps some food on the shelves too. This Tesco express is ridiculous and has been for the last three years

   Lazy staff I guess, well one of them clearly was! Went to return Evri parcel. There were two staff standing near the machine and when I said Evri return, they asked if I had a label which I said no to. One of the staff then asked for QR code and the other staff (maybe the shift leader) quickly jumped in and said “no you need to have a label printed, we don’t print labels here, you need to go to the post office for that” and then spoke in their language and took the other staff away. This store is included in the Evri drop off ‘print in parcelshop’ list on their website. Wasted my time travelling around!

   They always refused Evri parcel and no one is there who can question them. Whenever asked them what is the policy they don’t have any answer. Even off license shops can present you policy for parcel but unfortunately, Tesco don’t have anything. Strange. Unprofessional behaviour. #tesco #evri

   Staff at Tesco West Drayton (UB7 7SF) keep refusing Evri parcels even when they meet policy. Managers avoid giving clear answers and are rude to customers. Very disappointing experience.

   Staff are horrendous here, security guard who is there in evenings is a creep who needs to be got rid of straight away. Says vile things to female customers and follows round store making noises and saying rude remarks under his breath.

   a big trick! you don't have enough time if you park to think about what to buy! the cup of coffee is medium, not large and you pay for large and it is not included in the meal deal! so! hoax

   This rancid individual relieved himself WHILE using the Tesco ATM outside the store at 20.03hrs on 29/09/2022, touching the buttons as he did so. Then entered store itself presumably touching all the goods instore. Hope the store management can identify him using CCTV. Absolute dirtbag human.

   Okay store, gets very busy and most of the times things are out of stock. What can be very annoying is you may have from time to time people knocking on your window asking for money, which can be uncomfortable. The other negative is some stocked would be expired, so you got to really check expiry. Staffs are okay, parking is always busy. Overall it’s convenient if there is stock, great opening hours, and staff are okay.
