   I do online shopping normally but went into staines shop yesterday found the staff rude cages all over the floor and plastic and cardboard all over the floor staff pushing past customers they need to learn customer service

   I have been going into this Iceland numerous times and this particular member of staff on the self service checkouts I didn't have any problems with them up until this one particular day when they asked me a personal question which I thought was very odd behaviour.

   I've twice tried a home delivery. Both times my food was delivered last. You can see on the app where the van is. I don't know if the vans are refrigerated or if the doors are being left open. Both times I ordered ice cream as a test. Both times it was melting when it got to me. I therefore didn't risk eating the chicken I'd ordered either and threw it away. Both times there was either an item missing or the wrong one delivered. The prices are cheap, but not if you can't trust the food when it gets to you.

   Was a lovely store until the put Self Service checkouts in. One ember of staff running those and putting the trolley shoppers through the tills. Very rushed, unorganised, claustrophobic and a complete nightmare. Will be shopping at a different Iceland until the get rid of the self service checkouts or increase staff levels

   Good service, unfortunately the prices are getting ahead of other shops for the most part (hence only 3*). Good to know, discount Tuesdays for over 60s which will be requiring a store card in near future as well as proof of age.

   This was the only Iceland that we saw during our three weeks’ driving around the UK. Lots of frozen dinners and meals. We tried the lasagne but prefer the M&S ones in terms of taste and price.

   I have no problem with the store when I go in, its nicely kept and some of the staff are happy to see you. But for the last three food deliveries I've tried ordering a specific chicken and mushroom flavored dish and every single time I get cheese and onion. Both packages have a different color to easily tell it apart. 3 times in a row, without fail. I get mistakes can be made but they've still taken my money and given me an item I don't want, thankfully its cheap. I can't keep calling up about it, even to me it would sound like I'm trying to pull something. It would be a solid 4 stars if they just checked a persons food delivery more carefully.
