   Had a staff member yell at me for not paying for a plastic bag even tho I hadn't finished my scanning, and did pay for. I understand that sometimes people take things but to treat all people as thieves is extremely poor customer service

   To many staff on shop floor it's hard to pick what food u want cause cages are about. It just seems the Tesco is in the wrong area cause the car parks tiny and the place just feels very chaotic. The aisles are not wide enough so your bumping into people all the time. Really needs a bigger store and bigger car park or to be moved.

   Small but well stocked convenience store, open long hours. Shopped here as a resident my whole life. Their current staff are the most well mannered helpful tesco employees I’ve ever seen. Props to every single one of them. All need praise often missed (specially Mrs. Mita).

   Great - If you want to catch Covid. 4 members of staff and 1 was wearing a mask. Half the customers didnt have masks. They have a security guard who just stands there as maskless people walk past. If you care about not getting ill then I strongly advise you avoid at all costs

   Disgraceful manager! I recently started doing a collection from Tesco Express 337 Staines road London and after confirmation message that there is food to be collected at dedicated time at 8:30pm I head to the store in order to fight food waste. Upon arrival me member of staff told me to wait because they must speak to their manager. After few minutes the person returned and told me their manager told that I must go home because they are on their break and can't deal with me right now and to return at 9:30 or 10pm. I kindly request to speak to the manager as the collection time is from 8.30 and I would not be able to come back later. Suddenly after 10 min manager who refused to tell me his name appeared furious and told me that they will give me the food whenever they feel like in aggressive way.! The language he spoke to me was similar to street slang language and this was extremely abusive and unprofessional. I explained that I cannot come back and since abused I no longer want to collect anything from there. No one should be treated like this especially to a charity member. Disgraceful manager. Shame on you! I am speechless and hope this issue would be addressed. I couldn't believe that this person would be actually managing because his attitude was disgraceful and on front of a few customers who by the way were shocked.
