   This shop accused my elderly mum of stealing from here in front of the whole shop!! They checked her bag in front of everyone when she had a receipt for what she JUST bought at the till. They didn’t even apologise to her!! DISGRACEFUL!!! We’ve not shopped here since and we used to shop here daily. AWFUL staff and even more awful how they treat loyal customers! UPDATED FAO MOR FOODS: Incase you delete your comment you said “That never happens I presume you are talking about Mrs Sharma who we caught shoplifting on CCTV and we also gave that CCTV to the police. She did indeed shoplift. So it is silly playing the victim when you are the criminal” My mother’s name is not Mrs Sharma. Also your reply is VERY unprofessional and do you know it is ILLEGAL to share customer information online? Also instead of accepting your mistake you lie and say “that never happens”? I’ve read other reviews on here that say the same has happened to them so it does happen often.

   I visited Mor Foods a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The customer service truly stood out, especially thanks to Satnam. He assisted me throughout my shopping with so much patience and professionalism. I was really impressed by his helpful attitude. Great service overall!

   Customer service is supposed to be about support, understanding, and problem-solving, yet my experience was the complete opposite today. Not only was there a lack of empathy and communication, but her approach made me feel undervalued as a customer. Instead of resolving the issue, the entire interaction left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I don’t know her name but she was standing on till no. 2. Now I make sure I will never ever visit there again.

   Lots of variety and good! Train staff on politeness and cater to all persons. Some of us may not speak punjabi. Clean store. Let's hope you get more locations. Maybe open till late or offer delivery service . will come again
