Still not enough staff. Having moved the store round it's difficult to find where produce is. Vegetables don't last long once you have got home
Nice shop but the parking can be a bit dodgy especially if they are having a delivery as everything stops

It is a convenient location in Esher. I do my groceries shopping in Waitrose and buy anything I need. The reason why I give 4* because the last time I needed to use the toilet and it was not available. There's something lacking in providing facilities for the loyal customers. The staff were not very apologetic either when they responded there was no toilet.
Saw a lady called Sandra on the way out who was really helpful, what a lovely lady , took time to talk and listen to me , so nice to have a lovely representive for your company, you need more like her
Large parking area! and of course this is Waitrose, all fresh and organic foods, vegetables, fruit are available. Helpful staff. I never had bad experience.

This is a nice Waitrose with good parking. It has a village feel and stocks most of what you would need on a given day. It was particularly nice when they used to offer a free coffee whilst you were shopping.
Good example of medium sized Waitrose. Free parking and good selection of products. They have the equipment for self scan with the My Waitrose card. I use it a lot whenever passing through Esher.
