   I’m sure this is a good shop but it says open 24 hours on Google Maps so we went out of our way to stop here, only to find that it was closed. The opening hours need changing on here ❌

   So I was deceived by the shelf with only one type of sandwich on it into imagining that it was part of the meal deal as the shelf was labeled. I actually put back the sandwich I really wanted to get the meal deal. But I was wrong. The more expensive sandwich that wasn't there was included, this one wasn't, so ended up more being in fact more expensive. I wouldn't care that much had the member of staff on duty not been quite so rude and unhelpful when I queried it. One more nail in the M&S coffin.

   I took the wife and kids up to Butlin's for a family day-out the other day and we stopped off at M&S to cool-down before we continued our voyage. Usually the staff at these places are cold and unwelcoming, but this time was different. This time a young gentleman, who introduced himself as Joe Guanyu, made it his mission to ensure that we all had a smooth shopping experience. My day job involves driving trucks up and down the motorway, so I am sure that my truck driving partner, Sam Hughes, and I will be visiting this branch on a frequent basis.

   Had a lovely experience at this branch yesterday. One of the young shop assistants - his colleagues were calling him 'Gay R' (not sure what that was about) - took the time to help me pair a gorgeous red with the sirloin I picked up for dinner. It went down very well with the Missus

   After a horrible incident on the motorway, the members of staff here, Sabuj, Karim and Steve, showed us so much kindness, while we waited for someone to take us home. M&S these members of staff deserve so much praise. Please see that they get it, along with a reward. Another member of staff, Alex, I'm not sure if he was a staff member of M&S, brought our daughter a drink. Cobham services should be so proud of all their staff!!!

   Went to this store a few days ago. The man working was rude and couldn’t be bothered to work on the till and so upset myself and a few other customers. Went in today and he had no mask on and sneezed all over the refrigerated alcohol without trying to mask his face....utterly discussing!!!! I don’t think I have ever been so disgusted in all my life!!! My husband had to pop back tonight to pick up milk...shutting shop at 10.30pm but google said it’s open until 11pm. Strike No3 for us. What a shame
