We frequently pop into the Leatherhead Waitrose to top our weekly shop and the staff are always friendly and professional. I would like to specifically recognise Ray who has great customer service, kind and very helpful.
No free parking, Car Park very expensive, to get the refund, you need to shop minimum £15, it was very inconvenient, unpleasant experience.
Upgrade your card readers please. They don't work with phones Edit: they still don't work. I thought it was a phone issue so I brought my card this time. That doesn't work either. I come to Leatherhead for work, and over the past two months I've attempted to spend upwards of £50 at this shop and to date they've not received a penny. It's mental. Don't thank me for the feedback - get some new card readers that work.
Appalling service and not expected in a Waitrose store. Self checkout was busy with a queue blocking an aisle in this tiny store and the one and only manned counter refused to serve anyone saying it was for trolley users only, despite there not being anyone with a trolley as you couldn’t actually get around the store if you had one. No sign saying trolley users only above the counter either. Do yourself a favour and walk a few short steps to the Sainsbury’s around the corner.

One of the worst Waitrose in the UK. So many products out of date. It’s shown as a butcher but that’s a lie it just does pre-packed meat like any other corner shop.
Lovely looking store. Staff approachable and helpful. Sometimes a long wait at tills until staff jump on to the other tills. Prices are rather high and product range rather small compared to other high street retailers. Top quality food. You can taste the difference.
Top notch food store. Friendly staff, always helpful. Very clean. All the food is fresh all the time. The only thing that is kind of negative is that they don't have a great selection of products. Also most of the products are addressed to wealthy people rather than everyone. But overall an outstanding customer experience.
