   Very poor experience at the Tills by SUMIT! I went to the tills with my mother there was a basket I kindly asked him to remove the basket so I can put my basket there. Where the response I got from the guy YOU DO IT he raised his voice and showing me his hand that it is my job to do that. That is unacceptable behaviour from him. He was very rude. He kept talking back to me in a very bad manner, and talking away. He also refused to serve another lady behind me and mentioned he will wait for me to go then serve. This is totally disgusting behaviour. Where then another colleague Suffiyan came to serve who was very helpful and just moved the basket and apologised for what happened. I have been coming to this Tesco 10+year no one has ever shown disrespect as much as he showed me today. I would like to take this matter further and would like the store manager to contact me back. This is very poor customer service from him. His manner of talking and showing me his hand in unacceptable, I would like to be contacted within 24 hours or I will be taking this to the head office.

   Customer service is shocking talking in own language took my items without saying a word when I raised this Britney ( doubtful her name is this) refused to serve me and walked away i asked another staff member to speak to manager was met with sarcasm from abdi I think he said his names was. Absolutely shocking customer service am also going to make a written complaint to head office. If could have given 0 stars I would have

   Very disappointed with the staff, not helpful at all, all I asked for was a receipt to show how much I was charged on an item and the woman looked at me and said " not my problem" I was totally shocked ! The staff need to get some people skills ( a course in customer service) I won't be spending my hard earned cash there again. Disgusting behaviour!

   Apart from the security guard employees in this store need to attend a course on customer care rather than harass people who don’t want to go home from the lack of hygiene in the store. Please remind your Chinese employee that I will provide her picture and work address to your HQ.

   People - BE VERY AWARE OF TESCO BEDFONT - OFTEN - I MEAN OFTEN - It has happened to me several times and now I decided to write about it. Tesco Express Bedfont is adding wrong price labels to their products. See Pictures - Crunchie Bar was labled as 70p when coming to the til was 90p Kit Kat was showing 70p - a product they did not have When I called the "manager" on Duty - who continuously insisted in calling me " Boss" - His sign of politeness. He said that people don't know they did not have the product - So in other words. "Let's fill in the shelf with anything it doesn't matter if the price is right or wrong" - You can see in the picture he removing the product. Now I wonder - If several products are at least 10p higher and customers do not complain. How much Tesco would be profiting at the end of the day? Also I suggest Tesco do some "customer service training" - Tesco employees should not be calling people "Boss" - extremely rude and bad English Also I was told I could not take picture because of DATA PROTECTION. NOW HOW COME THERE IS AN ELEMENT OF DATA PROTECTION ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE DISPLAYED ON THE SHELF AS WELL AS TESCO WEBSITE. It did make me laugh. Another joke about Tesco is - When trying to fill in the survey - Depending what your answers are - It will not take you to the comments page. Worthless.

   Security guards are very friendly however some of the staff at Tesco's lack customer services. Went twice to this store today. The first time with my husband and two little children to buy groceries and cigarettes. The lady at the till did not ask for ID. I then went back by myself as it was rain husband and kids went back home but I forgot to buy beers. This time round the same women at the till who served us for the cigarettes asked for my ID. gave her my driving licence. She asked me to take my glasses off. Instead before calling for help from another staff to identify me from my driving licence. your staff showed one customer my driving licence with my personal detail like address and full name on it. This made me very uncomfortable you do not show customers other peoples ID for confidential reasons. Staff yes but no customers that’s principles in customer service. This staff has breached my confidentiality which I am really not happy about. I raised it with the manager who did not seem concerned at all but if it happened to him he will feel the same way. Very disappointing store

   I AM TIRED! Again a racist security pseudo agent who stare at me while I enter and after I enter...not staring at other people but only staring at me, mistaking me for a potential thief. Then as ever it is DIRTY and very poor furnished. Dear Tesco try no to hire racist staff. I am very TIRED to be stared and mistaken as a thief when I enter that store. Only this store gather racist security who stare at innocent customers. It is a magnet for racist security people. You guys are very embarrassing. It is very easy then understand you are just improvised amateurs who knows nothing about the job and got that license only with a silly mediocre training. AFTER I BOGHUT ON THAT DIRTY AND RACIST TESCO. I went buying other stuff in a store that face Tesco and I have noticed him watching me AGAIN, watching me very badly. I have smiled - very embarrassed - to the to the shopkeeper to whom I was paying for the goods I was buying. Really embarrassing and really idiotic.

   Great place for your local shopping, very well organised and staff is very helpful. Security staff is also very good. Prices are very reasonable and you could easily find the things which you had missed during the day or forget.
