    My mom bought a coat from here and has taken it back as it was leaking. They have taken her coat for testing but haven’t gave her a refund so she’s without a coat and without the money to purchase another one. The area manager is making her out to be a liar as they have never seen it before. The customer service team has said it’s something my mom has done to the coat! Terrible from start to finish from the shop and telephone customer services!!

    Went in to look for some dofe equipment and the woman at the desk rudely asked us to leave and provided very poor customer service by using abusive comments to me and my friends today at the Lichfield location. Will not be retuning to a tresspass again very annoyed with the matter! I would strongly advise you look into who you hire and take action in this matter.

    When having a look around today with my group from dofe. We have the shop assistant oddly looking at us. Then suddenly blurts out 'are you even going to buy something' I found this very rude and uncalled for . I would like this to be recognised and action to be taken. Thank-you .
