   Supermarket itself is fine. The parcel delivery service that I used at this tesco location resulted in items being stolen from the package during the delicery process. Items were dropped Sunday evening and the same Sunday evening they already relabelled the package. The theft could have happened elsewhere in the delivery chain, but the timing is peculiar. In any case I would strongly advise not to use this mail delivery service.

   Having visited this Tesco Express branch earlier yesterday, they are consistently closing the store earlier than the advertised time of 11pm. Visited Sunday 2/2/25, the store was closed at 10:55pm. Extremely inconvenient for your regular and local customers! This was the official response from Tesco customer service, be warned, the advertised closing time of 11pm is not accurate: "Hi, our stores will restrict customers entering the store at least five minutes before closing. There may already be customers in store, and this is to ensure any shopping is processed through the tills before they cut off, at 11pm. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you've been caused, but this is standard practise in our stores. Thanks - Alison"

   I came to the store at 12pm noon so these fresh shelves are almost empty. I do believe that there was delivery cages delivered in this morning. Poor management. Need to fix up with customer services, more greetings and also need to stock fresh foods.

   Disgusting customer service today. Brought and paid for 3 items. I asked for a bag at start of transaction. I paid for items. Then as I went to put items in the bag cashier put through one bag on second transaction as hadn't put through on first one. Not my fault. Cashier then expected me to put 20p on my card. No. Cashier then walked off.

   This shop is terrible. I just went there on a push bike. I could not use the cycle parking facility because it is used to lock trolleys to. So I used nearby lamp post. I took about 20 minutes to do my shopping with the security guard making it obvious that he was watching me the whole time. Another 15 minutes in the queue to pay as only one till was open although there were 4 members of staff in the area. When I asked the security guard why he had to make it so obvious he was watching, all he would say is "It's my duty. It's my duty." over and over. I will only shop here again as a last resort and only if I'm on foot.
