   This store is a convenient option for quick shopping, especially when you need essentials without making a trip to a larger supermarket. The stores is well located near high street, near transport links, making it easy to access. The store was well stocked with everyday items such as groceries, snacks, ready meals, and household essentials. Prices can be slightly higher compared to larger Tesco stores, but this is expected given the convenience. Staff was often friendly. Tesco Express is reliable, practical, and ideal for last-minute or top-up shopping.

   I go to this tescos regularly and I seemed to notice that there is never security there? As a young black Muslim woman I don’t feel safe just popping down to get some groceries for me and my family. Thank you for hiring Mohammed he’s such a lovely security man and he really takes pride in his job which is what we need in Hanworth. This store NEEDS him more. He does so much for the community and it’s sad not to him there all the time. Please do something about this and get him there more. The community needs staff like him to protect everybody’s safety and well-being.

   This shop NEEDS more security. The road isn’t safe without a security guard. Mohammed has been a staple of Tesco’s on Hampton road west, often making people feel safe. Why isn’t he there more often? Especially on the weekend. The whole road is desolate- riddled with thieves, drug addicts/alcoholics and anti-social behaviour. Having a security guards presence helps profoundly, especially when the police can sometimes take hours to arrive.

   I love going to this Tesco with my godmother and the security (Muhammad) is so lovely. I've felt scared and been in danger before and who did I go to? Muhammad. He makes me feel so safe as a young and vulnerable woman. He is vital to this community, he gives hope to Hampton road west. Something is it 100% lacking. Its so upsetting that Muhammad won't be there as often anymore. The polices presence is lacking and Muhammed is always somebody you can talk to about literally everything he is a GREAT security guard and does his job well. Today Muhammad said to me: "I don't just do this as a job, I do this for the community." Truly, truly heartwarming we need Muhammad in this community. As a member of the community I feel this is true.

   I've been to return packages 3 times. The first and second time the scanning machine didn't work. The third time the QR code scanning machine worked but the staff lost the scanning phone. The service was not nice, they pretended that they did not see the problem instead of looking for a phone for scanning…….

   Fairly small Tesco converted from a pub (ironically, poor selection of ale...). Both car parks are small and awkward to maneuver in.

   I've found most staff friendly & helpful. ...But one staff member { deputy manager } I think, makes me feel uncomfortable & bcs of this I try to avoid that Tesco's which is frustrating as it's my local store but no one wants to feel stared at & uncomfortable while shopping, as I don't go out much I'm finding I do 'doodle & take my time ( in any shop ) & no-other retailer makes me feel ackwald & that I don't want to shop there.

   No parking three delivery lorries on site taking up spaces. Spoke to one driver he'd been waiting 45 minutes to unload surely get the lorries unloaded for paying customers to park. Won't be going back plenty of room at Bedfont.

   I travel often for work so frequent dozens of Tesco's. This is without a doubt the worst Tesco I've ever come across. 1. Fridge doors are always open. It seems to me like the staff are putting them into the locked open position to restock but then they are always left like this. I have never seen the fridge doors closed here. The other day, I bought milk with over a week left until expiry but it was already smelling very sour as soon as I opened it. It must have been left out, or the fridges are not working! 2. Food is often weeks or months out of date so you have to make sure you check the labels. The Londis a few doors down doesn't have this problem! 3. There are several people working here at a time so I do not understand why the till is rarely staffed. This means that if you resort to using the self checkout, you'll still be stranded waiting for someone to give you a carrier bags or to verify your age. 4. Incorrect price labels are left common. You'll often see one thing on the shelf but it scans as something else. This has happened enough to be a pattern and not a rare mistake. I've never once experienced this anywhere else.
