   Shop didn't accept my UPS parcel because it was too big and that he only accepts small parcels. It wasn't even that big, 67xcm x 34cm x 24cm. You shouldn't offer access point services if you don't have space for the parcels. Rejecting based on parcel size doesn't even make sense. I only brought one parcel. If I brought 20 small parcels that took up more space that would be allowed? Surely you should have a space dedicated for parcels and reject new drops offs once that area is full. That would be more understandable.
