   I go here every now and then but they kick children in the hot weather out if they are only in there for the air conditioning even when there are no customers and the kids have to wait for a bus which I do as I’m one of them and a worker quite literally followed me and my friend creepily so we were tryna get away while bro was following us then eventually he spoke to us and we were nervous and awkward I told him the bus was 20 mins he seemed like he was surprised and then he kicked me out like there was no one even in there

   I will never go to this store again. I used to buy something every day until today when the old lady behaved very badly. I think the delivery had just arrived and the chicken meat wasn't in the fridge yet so I took a chicken casserole and she came towards me with a raised voice (what are you doing? I ask her if i can take it and she said.. take it ..and then she tells me, why didn't you take it from the fridge?) and I explained that there wasn't any in the fridge and she didn't even apologize.. she said, okay but then go to the till ( as I was about to run with it not to buy it, this makes me feel very uncomfortable).. and at the till people were waiting for her and a customer asked if she can come and she with the same arrogance said.. ring the bell if you need me to come, but surely many customers even me who went every day didn't know about that bell.. in this way many will prefer to avoid this store unfortunately

   I used to drop off/pick up packages there but I’ll now drive to other shops to do it. Rude older lady behind the counter. She would lie about when parcel company drivers were and were not showing up. Scanning equipment would always be down. She wouldn’t accept parcels for random reasons, like the driver wasn’t going to be there until the next day. Just exhausting. Funny, I now go to other shops to drop off/pick up packages and I never have any problems.

   They have had a lot of renovations done recently but have kept open throughout, just with less to sell but they are getting back to normal now. It is surprising how much stuff they sell that you wouldn't expect, well worth a visit and the staff are nice.

   Used this Nisa local to post an Evri parcel, which was very convenient as you can print in store using a QR code. Also, they had CO-OP water that I wanted, so I didn't need to visit another shop.

   Has been my Local for over 7 years... always been a pleasure to shop. Staff are extremely friendly Mina, Joel another lady wearing a hijab not sure her name always have time for customers. Will carry on shopping whilst I still live in the area!

   I generally go to collect and drop parcels. There is a small parking outside just off the street if you are lucky. The people visiting the shop don't care about face masks and the staff don't bother reminding them. In reply to the owner: it would be dumb of me to complain about masks if i was not wearing one, so yes i wear them everytime i visit. I believe its also upto the staff to refuse service to customers if they are not wearing masks and force them to do so. All other venues do that.
