Tesco Pinner I visited Tesco in Pinner and had a less than satisfactory experience. The staff member at the cigarette counter, a man with blue hair, initially claimed that my preferred brand of cigarettes was out of stock and didn't seem willing to check. After I persisted, he reluctantly searched and found them. However, the ordeal didn't end there. He attempted to overcharge me, trying to ring up the cigarettes at £14.80 when the correct price was £14.10. Fortunately, he corrected the mistake and charged me the correct price. Unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend shopping at Tesco Pinner due to the poor service.
Great Supermarket,it is a lovely Supermarket and it has everything you need and the Supermarket is very easy to get around. Scan & Shop is available and there are customer toilets available. The shelves are well stocked and they have a great Free From section. There is a large car park at this store too.
Poor customer service… me and my son were waiting to be served at the till. The lady decided to get busy with someone’s phone and not even acknowledging us or advising us to move to another till. So we went to the self checkout, and also there the lady was not at all bothered. My son approached her and she rolled her eyes, she basically was in a hurry to go chit chat with another colleague.
The average Tesco experience: fast, efficient and convenient. It has a large car.park which is still quite accessible in peak shopping hours. The staff are super friendly and are genuinely happy to help. The store has a welcoming environment. Although, I will say the prices have been creeping up over the last few years. Most prices here are reasonable as long as you use a clubcard. Another negative is that it is well hidden withing the depths of the rad, almost invisible if it wasn't for the big sign visible from the roundabout. It is very hard to discover at first. Overall, I do not have many complaints about it at all and it serves as a great supermarket in Pinner achieving it's aim: Every Little Helps.
Not a superstore despite what Tesco call it. Too small & doesn't sell half the range of a standard superstore..
Having worked in the area for a number of years I understand why the majority of your customers are ignorant, rude and disrespectful. However I do not expect this from Tesco staff. Your toilets also stink!
Very upset today. I picked 2 packs of prawns an a smoked salmon from the reduced price aisle, and this was after 19:00 ,I requested the staff to scan them for me. He arrogantly said leave it on the aisle I will do it later, he took the veggies first to relabel.. next he came to the meat section … I waited for these thee things for approximately 18 minutes… he came back with whole load, there he deliberately flung the salmon at very back, and the prawns to right end side,away from my access point..when I approached to get, ohh!he started yelling other people are waiting, … I felt humiliated, I felt belittled by the staff…. Rude… I just waited for there 3 items specifically…
Where do I begin. Tesco has diverse food groups and has a varieties of different cultures of food. The staff are very friendly and will help you with your concerns. It really feels like a family shop full of love and care. I love to shop there every week as it has many of my things that I need. Even if you need skin care products this shop has it all.
The lady was not taking off the tag off the drink we were buys and found every excuse to not take off the tag and was being very racist towards me and my dad who was doing grocery shopping. And she would scan the log in tag to say he was over 18 and told us to pay first before she took the tag off as if we were going to steal it. It was first hand racism and she did not want to deal with us until another worker who we regularly see when we shop took off the tag off our drink and was not happy with the worker who didn’t want to deal with us because she used the fact that she couldn’t find the key to take off the tag when the key was where it was supposed to be the whole time.
