“My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I booked as someone I knew recommended Spoilt Rotten and now I will also be recommending to anyone in need of a groomers :)”

But what's more important is they save me £100's in repair people call out fees by just telling me what I need to do to fix stuff in / outside my house. I spoke to a neighbour and he said they do the same for him. A good solid family business that genuinely cares about local people's homes all being fixed and functioning well. “Great service again has always. I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….”

“I contacted TAG a day before to collect some coffee grounds for my allotment to use for composting. They were very responsive and kind enough to give me a bag full. Very kind staff members and good communication. I love their interaction in Instagram where I found it the easiest to get in contact. They do a nice hot chocolate and cappuccino. “I took my father in law to Health Pharmacy for his vaccine earlier this month and was extremely happy with the service. We felt very safe as the vaccination area was on a separate floor to the main pharmacy and all social distancing guidelines had been followed to a T! The lady doing his vaccine was so lovely and really put him to ease. Will definitely be bringing him back for his second dose in a few months.”
