The manager was rude and unprofessional and didn’t bother to help me out due too a lack of professionalism I’ve written a complaint to head office.
A super well laid out and well stocked H&B store. The staff are Brilliant - they know their stuff, great product knowledge, great with customers. Fabulous store. Needs to have a wider product range so we can buy more.

When visiting Eastcote H&B I always have a good experience. Both Paulina on 20/10/24 and Sead on 23/11/24 provided first class service and were very informative on the products I enquired about and others I didn't.! They are most helpful and friendly. I would recommend popping into this shop particularly for it's great service.

Wonderful lady in shop extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my ailments and what I could do to fix them. Would go back again as long as it's the same lady as there is a guy who works there he is the opposite non communiticave and uninterested
