Great store manager Anna C, she is kind, humble and very attentive to small details. Being a store manager isn't easy due to the constant balancing act required to manage staff, satisfy customers, and meet business objectives. M&S Pinner have some outstanding managers who does their best, working irregular hours, contributing to high stress and burnout among managers. What makes Pinner lions great is the fact they get things done despite the challenges! Abdul the sheriff is a great addition, greeting customers with a smile and making us feel safe. Overall M&S Pinner provides a pleasant shopping experience with a welcoming ambiance, easy navigation, helpful staff and a good range of products at good value.

I asked if he would kindly keep an eye on two dogs I had secured across from the entrance of the store, while I quickly popped in to grab two things - and he so kindly agreed without hesitation. Great store with loads and loads of choice. Staff are friendly, well spaced out and everything is super clean. There is a click and collect area too.
Simply great place to shop for your daily food essential. Quite a few cashier tills in operational plus 4 self service till. Food are simply fresh.
Always get the worst service. Just don't even bother. They really discriminate. Watford and Ealing are way better.
Store is great but the General Manager is the most unfriendly, rude and arrogant man I’ve ever seen. Never smiles, like he’s doing me a favour shopping there, say good morning and he grunts back! Come on guys! The face of your store and you employ people like this!
Food is generally good but there is a staff member called Neela or Neelam or something who is rude. She makes mistakes when serving you yet still argues with you. Plus she causes more problems than she solves and makes you feel like you're in the wrong which is poor customer service. People have also said they don't like working with her. M&S you either need to sort her out or customers should try and avoid her when they have an issue (e.g. a sparks offer hasn't come off).
Lovely local M&S food hall. Always well stocked and this branch has a very friendly and helpful staff team. The gentleman at checkout named Nadim is particularly cheerful and pleasant. Overall, an excellent shopping experience.
