Popped in today. Not really good service,Had to wait around to be served as we needed batteries for the front counter. There used to be some really nice people working here.
Terrible service. No staff on the shop floor apart from one person 'Rebekha' who was talking about her love life on the phone loudly across the shop while I waited almost 5 minutes for her to come and approve my alcohol at the self checkout. There were 3 people at the self checkout with a queue forming just because she did not come and serve. When I got her attention, she proceeded to pick up 5 bottles of wine and say her hands are full at the moment. At least I know that the boy she's getting over the boy she's been seeing!
Hi, Went into the Eastcote branch on 31/01/23@ 12.15pm to return nappies and add some nectar points. Was served by a ‘Manager’ ‘Sharon’ who added the nectar points and then when I went to return the nappies she rudely commented ‘that was a bit crafty’..I was so taken aback by her rudeness that I left the store! My husband returned today and was told by Sharon he could not return it as they did not stock those particular nappies! I want HR to deal with this Manager as she clearly needs to be trained on how to speak to customers! I was having a bad day as it was and she made it worse…plus I now have to go to a store further way to return these nappies (that were only bought on Sat) .
I visited the store yesterday noon.The stock checker was in the same aisle as me.I asked for a specific wheat flour, he didn't bother to know where it was.When I finally got it, I was shocked to see the date of the wheat flour Elephant aata and gram flour where all out of date.The expiry date was August, 2022.5 months lying in the shelf ? not bothered by anyone to see their own stocks. This store also has poor atttitude towards customers .Some of them are very rude. The pastries are left open with no cover and flies wandering on it.Doughnuts on the shelf with expired dates. When I asked the stock keeper why there are no new ones, he didn't bother because it's not something which everyone uses. Poor service indeed
Every time going into this store, as soon as l walk in the security guard follows me around, it's so bad even when I get to the check out he's there, I also notice the other cashier rushes to the till point when I was their pretending to do something, behind the counter, I noticed her communicating through her radio, as soon as i purchased my items she then leaves. The final straw was when l was in the store on Friday 2nd December 2022, didn't even get my foot through the door an the security guard yet again is following just me around the store . Irs very uncomfortable and doesn't make me want to shop their anymore I need to find out if any other Black person has experienced this at Sainsburys because this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
I popped up at Sainsbury's local before my course for some snacks. Excellent store and friendly staff with many low cabs and sugar-free goods.
This is currently my favourite supermarket branch. Very friendly and helpful staff and I walk from Ruislip to shop here.
