Very bad service this Staff is route the shop was smiley everything is mixed up you can’t find the items. Also the fridges are very dirty.
very bad service didnt want to give me the parcel i showed the tracking with the link and the adress and name on the parcel but took a photo of me and threatened to call the police will not be coming here was a regular customer but not anymore stay clear from this headache of a shop
Worst customer experience. I went to send a parcel and he through it on the floor. He was rude and it’s clear he only cares about money

Only go here as it's a drop off / pick up point for parcels. Unfortunately never been a pleasant customer experience. Staff at counter don't help with any queries about parcels, you get told it's your own problem so sort it out with the courier company. There are pleasant ways to explain things, even if you can't help, but not the case with these lot. Maybe because I don't shop there.
