I usually do my shopping at this store, and I’ve never seen a smile on any of the staff working here—they always seem quite grumpy. However, yesterday the area manager was visiting, and I happened to be there at the same time. Suddenly the staff were polite and friendly to customers, clearly just to make a good impression on the manager.

What a terrible customer service. Manager is extremely unpolite and unprofessional. I asked about manager name to do a formal complaint about her however they refused to share her name with me.

I did my shopping last night (10th September around 9:20 pm) and was assisted by a lady at the self-service kiosk. She was wearing glasses and had a brown tone, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We asked her to replace our old Iceland bag with a new one, and she assisted us quickly and kindly. Really impressed with the support and professionalism — thank you

I recently visited an Iceland Supermarket near my home and purchased several items, including a pack of three trifles. When I was about to have one for dessert, I noticed that two of the trifle pots were puffed up, and upon closer inspection, I found mould inside. The third pot appeared to have burst open. Thankfully, I still have the receipt, and I plan to return to the store tomorrow to discuss this with the staff. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Previously, I bought a pack of wholemeal pitta bread that was mouldy on the same day I purchased it, despite being within the expiry date. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the receipt then, so I wasn’t able to address the issue. I find this very concerning, as this is a serious food safety issue. If someone didn’t notice the problem and assumed the food was safe to eat because it was recently purchased and within date, they could potentially suffer from food poisoning or worse. I hope this matter is investigated promptly, as it is crucial to ensure the health and safety of customers.

People employed in this place are incompetent. They put a price on the label and then at till it increases. I took a 24 pack water prices £3.25, at till it came at £3.75. I told the girls that was there, she's didn't believe, I went to take a picture, showed to her, this silly girl said that I had an old picture. She refused to go to check. I had to wait 15 minutes for this matter to be solved by a self-proclaimed manager dressed with no uniform, in plain clothes. I never went in again. I'll post photo of this i***t employee.

Year round the store is busy. 4 self service and 3 tills.. and always only one till ever is service. Staff are rude and use vulgar language to customers. There is maybe 2 staff members in the entire shop that actually know what they are doing

This store while maintaining it's trademark of offering frozen foods is not tuned to the predominantly oriental population who regularly prefer fresh food and sometimes buy frozen food. A shop modelled like a Morrison would make better use of such a capacity. Iceland being the lone major brand (Sainsbury's is a small one) in Hounslow west it should improvise to serve the community better.

Today i went to iceland Manager and security shouted on me. Both were rude and unprofessional. They literally don’t know their duties even don’t care they are representing a company. They should know their duties/responsibilities then talk nicely with customers. I’m looking for email/support of heads so I could contact them and explain what kind people they hired.

Iceland store is situated in a convenient position at 288 Bath Road, approximately a 0.70 mile drive south from the centre of Hounslow, in Hounslow West (near Hounslow West Station). This food store is situated fittingly to serve those from the districts of Osterley, Lampton, Cranford, Hounslow Town Centre, Whitton, Hatton, Heston and Hounslow West. It is open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm weekdays & Sunday at 11am to 5 pm. They do have various types of food items n spirits n beers too. Iceland does offer a lot of schemes, discount & coupons. It is easily reachable by any means of transport as it is located on the main road. The staff is friendly too. A good place to visit for your daily needs.
