   Normally I really enjoy eating lamb biryani from this place very addicting and the masala were always on point so we didn't hesitate to go there to buy biryani. But nowadays the biryani seems to lost it's taste that I was fan of it. I had a small party and ordered biryani of 10 plates the taste was very off and it was like I was eating plain rice and the lamb was undercooked as I got thick piece of fat. And there were more bones than meat which we payed £60 for .............

   Missed out a key part of my order (but stil charged me for it). In fact it was the only reason I placed the order, and I only added the extra items to make the shipping charge worthwhile. Imagine my disappointment when I don't receive the thing that was the entire purpose of my order. No response to the email or text I sent.

   Absolutely lovely hidden gem!! We popped in to get some spices and meat, this was our first visit and the shop is spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t walk past the hot food and not buy any, we already had food that we’d just bought somewhere else so only got a mutton samosa and chicken wrap - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!, I wish we had got more as we won’t be able to pop back until the new year, they were honestly THE BEST samosa & wrap we’ve ever had, I’m always dubious with samosas as they are usually ‘hit and miss’ but the flavours, textures and even the filo pastry was second to none! The shop floor, was so well stocked, very reasonably priced and was clean, organised and tidy! Brilliant find!

   It’s a store where you get all your bengali needs. Been their customer for 3 years now. What you get? Fish - Hilsa from Padma Bangladesh, Rohu, Katla, Pabda, Pomfret, Prawns, Magur, Topse, Bata…… Fresh Veg - Most of the bengali sakh, kumro, lau, pepe, kochu…. Spices and others like Muri, Nolen gur, Tal aer pulp, pitha…. They also serve food - Boneless chicken biryani is worth trying. Tastes close to Kolkata biryani. The staff are very friendly.

   I bought some chicken spring rolls £1.80 each for breakfast today. I was so very disappointed as it was more like a vegetable spring rolls with few traces of chicken mince in it. The total amount of chicken mince in it was not more than 1tsp in it. I felt cheated.

   Worst experience ever! I have ordered items more than a week ago (last Monday) and there was no response from them until I called them in the store. They promised to send the items in 2 days (i.e. Friday) but I got an email saying the delivery will come on Tuesday (I.e. today). When I called the delivery partner they said the items are damaged and now they are waiting from the sender to respond on what to do with the order! I am repeatedly calling the store but no response so far. Can't rate them in negative so giving one star!

   very poor experience with itsconv.co.uk site. Ordered some vegetables and mangoes on 6th June, even though the site says next day delivery, but it was delivered only on 11th June. Even for that I had to chase and ask else there was no communication of delivery date. The main issue starts after delivery, there were a few items missing and one item incorrect. But the delivery slip had no mention and obviously, they charged the full. There was no effort from them to fix the issue, I had to message multiple times to get an update. And after a lot of chasing the 2 missing items were sent but the refund is not done yet . So the Gist: - they dont bother to refund or contact you if items are out of stock - the phone number doesn’t work , only WhatsApp, that too takes a lot of chasing - I wouldn’t use them again and cannot recommend to others Update : after this post I finally got a response and money was refunded couple of days later .
