   The Store is less crowded so easy to shop. Car parking is available here. Bought a big Cadbury chocolate bar for someone as a gift. Great product. Check out was nice.

   Free parking. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Most of the items that you need. A bit more expensive than a big grocery shop but ideal for a quick shop for a few items.

   Recent I have been discriminated against by a member of your staff named Geetha. She have served me several times and I notice that she always let me pack my own bag while she always pack the bag of the other customers. It’s only this lady I have no complaints about any other staff member. TESCO PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT CUSTOMERS EQUALLY. I don’t want to cause a fuss I just want to point out an incident of discrimination.

   The security guard harassed a lady with her child because she wasn’t wearing a mask the lady said she was exempt and then the lady requested for the security guards name he refused to give her the name she asked him many times she then asked another member behind the till of staff what his name is and he didn’t tell her either he called for the manager as soon as the manager appeared the security got very aggressive and loud walking towards the woman pulls out his card and shouts at her to take a picture, she took the picture walked out of the store as she leaves he shouts behind her where’s your exemption card the lady then became very distressed and uncomfortable. The security guards mask did not fit him correctly so for him to be trying to enforce it was silly.

   It doesn't matter how convenient and stocked the store is when you have to deal with rude staff. I was asked to wear a mask and explained that I have a medical exemption. The 2 ladies at the till asked to see a medical certificate. Out of courtesy I showed them my exemption card but they said it's not valid, only a certificate from a gp validates the exemption. I pointed out to them that there's no such requirement in the law. They rudely asked why I was exempt and I told them that they're not supposed to ask. They insisted that I needed a letter from a gp. I left them to their chit chat and went to the independent corner shop opposite. Tesco, you should train your staff, shame on you.

   Went to collect my Click and Collect order here. Wasn’t busy; there were probably about 3 customers in the whole shop, so I went straight to the desk. When I told then I have an order to collect, the lady told me to wait a minute, so I said okay. They were sorting out their rota. Rather than serving a customer. After a few minutes, she finally finished, and started doing her job. She didn’t crack a smile, and didn’t apologise for the wait. I spent about 5-10 minutes in there, when realistically, it was a 2 minute, in-and-out job.
