Genuinely, bonus points are due even just for the name of this place, Asiatic Superstore (for times when plain Asian is just not enough). Further points awarded for the signage stating “Asian, Polish & Portuguese Foods”; practically speaking, what more could one ask for from one small supermarket near Heathrow (or perhaps anywhere else)?
A best store for Asians for purchasing food items, groceries, kitchen items and Asian sweets etc. Overall working of the store is good and staff is cooperative and efficient.
They have a lot of foreign items, but the prices labelled are written by them and are over-priced. Moreover, when you get to the checkout, the prices are different and if they are, more expensive. Their items are nice but I DON'T RECOMMEND.
Zero stars. Owner is very rude and arrogant. Not willing to assist with simple things. Over complicates things and makes a big issue infront of other customers trying to prove himself right while he doesn't know the procedure of item delivery and pickup.
Used the be decent but then started charging a minimum amount for paying by card. Really disappointed. It's 2023 for crying out loud

Avoid this shop. They write the prices on the items using illegible handwriting and then switch the prices at the checkout to a higher price. Bait and switch scam. Avoid.
Customer service staff is not polite and helpful with the customer. The staff looks Asian tries to make the situations complicated with unprofessional manner. Don't go to that shop.
