   Beware I purchased a four pack of beers from this Tesco express today, when I got in the car I noticed that one can felt squash, the can had leaked, took them straight back in, no more than 1 minute after purchasing, told the woman behind the till she and a man said because I'd left the shop nothing they could do, I have been to this store for years and they treat me like this! Left all the beers behind. I will never go to this Tesco store again! Total disgrace how they treated a loyal customer! It is really sad as the older Asian lady is really nice but some of the younger one are just rude.

   Place has gone down hill! Yes, there are some extremely rude staff here. There are male and female assistants who i Are quite obnoxious and rude! Staff tell customers that they have no receipt and when you insist on one they tell you to come back the next day! There is a particularly horrible loud male assistant and as for the female at the till, she always looks like she is chewing on a wasp and is so rude!

   Verbally abused by a woman working at the till bacause I pointed out she was being rather rude to an elderly lady who was being served. After requesting to speak to the manager, I was told that the staff's name is Manchula (job role: customer assistant) and she is often on edge with customers. The lady seems to have arrived from India only months ago and has a really poor grasp on the english language which is not great when doing customer service. Really unprofessional attitude. I have filed a police report with one of the gentleman who witnessed the situation acting as my witness. Tesco, NO ONE wants to come to your store to spend money AND be abused. Get your ducks in a row
