   I went in today morning ( Monday 14th just after 9am) very quick and small shopping, 5 items. Went to self checkout, even though there was no one at the cashier waiting to be served. The cashier person seemd so offended by it, that he blocked my self checkout screen on purpose, told me that he was available to serve and i chosen the self check so now i have to wait. He went on to serve a customer then when he finished he shouted : next please, instead of unlocking my screen so i could pay for my items..... what is wrong with ppl??? I left my items and walked away, as I wasn't in the mood for childlish behaviour. Ppl should not treat others this way, this cashier person has no idea what I am going through atm, so my choice of way I want to pay for groceries is no ones business. Actually, I went to my car and just bursted in tears... my scale tipped a bit.

   Ordered whoosh delivery and recive someone else shooping with my sick kid have to wait for long time to resolve the issue and no one answer the phone at the store.

   As is typical of all Tesco express stores I've visited, very narrow aisles - not ideal especially for those with a disability. God help you if you're a wheelchair user!

   Fridge door seals dont work purely because staff stand on the ridge of the door seals.Hence why food doesnt feel cool enough.Dont shop there any more.

   Staff constantly in the way, restocking shelves - put their trollies in the most stupid and unsafe of places during peak times blocking entire isles because they’re too lazy to do it before/after closing hours. Staff sometimes don’t even bother to bag for you (What’s the point of them just replace them with Selfserve if that’s the case) - barely speak English, look bored and unmotivated, mouldy fruit/veg in the “fresh section”... Tesco higher management need to take a look into this store. Go to Sainsbury’s across the road, same prices, bigger store, better stock and better staff.
