   Nearly good service I can give only 3*** A female security never smiles or says hello , bye or thank you to customers. Always busy with her private phone. But a male security who works only weekend , he is great customer service!!

   Popped in for a few bits as was in the area. Some car parking available. Store very hectic and busy. Tills had a massive line and self checkout was buzzing off and people were getting frustrated. Staff seemed unbothered. Store had what I was after and at a decent price. Perfect for picking up items in between larger shops.

   I visited Tesco Express Northwood Hills on March 18, 2023, to buy some essential items, but was disappointed to find the store closed earlier than advertised. Despite the forecourt sign clearly stating that the store was open until midnight, I discovered that the entrance was blocked by cones, the doors were shut, and the lights were off at 11:40 pm. The duty manager, Raj Kumar, who opened the doors to let a customer out, informed me that the store sometimes closes at 11 pm, but was unable to explain the discrepancy with the sign. This was very frustrating as I urgently needed supplies and had to drive a long distance to find another store. I intend to make a formal complaint to Tesco Head Office about this incident.

   Used to be okay but recently self service machines were installed, it is now absolute chaos, the machines do not accept cash, you cant pay for fuel and nobody knows where to queue.

   If there is ever a queue the buzzer goes and a minute later the queue dissappears. Very seldon run out of anything. Can't believe some of the comments, I've waited longer for 'fast food' in the past!

   Awful service. Slow to serve customers, store constantly cluttered with stocking trolleys with staff seemingly making it their purpose to get in the customers way. Never a please or thank you firm any staff. There is a reluctance to open more than one till, even with queues backing up on the forecourt and in the store. I only use this Tesco's as a last resort, and that's reluctantly.
