Today I rang Tescos yeading. I am disabled and I needed to check the stock availability of an item. I got through to the wrong department. However, I had THE ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of speaking with FERDA. She was very busy but she took time out of her day to physically check the stock and placed the product at the customer service desk for me. This is, in my humble opinion, a perfect example of: FLAWLESS AND LEGENDARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. It shows a perfect balance of work responsibilities, work ethics, work pride and a natural gift for human empathy and compassion. Absolutely flawless service!! Thank you so much. Kind regards Osborn Bartholomew John (OZY)

My local Tesco for years β convenient with plenty of parking and services like a pharmacy, cafΓ©, and currency exchange. Prices can be higher than other supermarkets, and I did have one issue with a staff member over a gift card, though it was resolved with an apology. Overall, a decent and reliable store.

I visited Tesco primarily for the EV charging station, but was disappointed to find only three 7kW Pod Point chargers available. In todayβs climate, youβd expect every Extra store to have upgraded their EV charging facilities. However, as the saying goes, beggars canβt be choosers. While waiting for an hour and a half to gain some extra charging miles, I picked up a couple of items and enjoyed a Costa coffee. For this reason, I can only give a 4-star ratingβafter all, a good shopping experience doesnβt always starts at the entrance of a store.

I always make small purchases at this store. Most often, when I return home, I suddenly remember that I forgot to buy some groceries or some other thing. But I like this store because there is a post office in the middle of this store. You can also come and have your passport or driver's license photo taken.

My local tesco for many years now. Plenty of parking and services including pharmacy, cafe, and currency exchange counter. It's not the cheapest as I do find the same items cheaper at other supermarkets but it's convenient due to distance. I must note I had a bad experience with one of the staff who accused me of lying when it was in fact the staff that had messed up a gift card transaction, but the situation was resolved and I received an apology. Overall, it's a decent store.

So, I go to this store to change some money, I'm standing and waiting and all the while little miss middle class is telling the lady at length about what she's going to do in Mexico. I hate people wasting my time. We don't get time back so I take exception to people wasting time. So then I go to the checkout and I load my shopping on the conveyer and the lady had left her till. So I left and went to another store. Don't be so lapse and wast peoples time.

Following an issue with a product bought here, the manufacturer kindly sent me 8 X Β£1 vouchers to replace the item. I put a suitable Β£10 alternative from the same manufacturer in my basket and went to the checkout. I was told I could only use one Β£1 voucher per purchase, which meant I had to buy 8 products on 8 different days from the same brand to get the reimbursement. I asked for the product to be removed from the bill. The till then asked me to present my card for around Β£22 and this was accepted. It then asked for a further Β£18. I questioned this, only to be told that the amount had gone down because I'd provided Β£9.50 of loyalty vouchers, which I had. No level of maths is required to know that Β£22 minus Β£9.50 doesn't come to Β£18. I was also told to contact my bank which was ironic as I'd used my Tesco credit card to pay. Embarrassed by the queue forming behind me I paid the seemingly additional Β£18. I went to customer services and asked to speak to the manager. After a 10 minute wait I gave up. The customer services agent explained that the '1 voucher per purchase' rule was applied by the manufacturer. When I showed her the small print on the back that said multiple vouchers could be used on the same transaction she changed her argument and said it was a Tesco rule but all supermarkets had the same rules. I can only describe Tesco's attitude as aggressively defensive. The customer is always wrong. Give them any old answer and hope they go. As for the duty manager, keep hiding from the public. It's so much easier than facing them and with any luck they won't come back!

They won't make it till Monday! One week i'm at the one of the last tills and the next week they're gone! They've now replaced them with self service trolley checkouts! What are these lot trying to do?! I could say alot of things about this but you know what this Tesco will soon probably just become a new block of flats anyway. It's a shame because i've been coming here since the early 2000s.
