   Rubbish parcel service. Shows open on website but closed on weekends. The staff is also rude.

   If I could rate this shop zero I would. I have always collected and shipped parcels from this shop. However today the Items I am going to ship is a bit bigger. The package was slim but a bit long. I had to walk an carry two boxes from my home to this shop because it says online that they are open on the Evri Website that they pick up and drop off until 2300. When I got there the man behind the counter was so rude. He just said he won't accept the parcel and they only accept drop Mon- Friday in the morning when the evri truck is there. I said it is different from what is written online but he didn't care. He just said no and was frowning. He didn't care that I had to carry these boxes at night. So Heartless! Beware of this shop.

   Not the friendliest or most helpful store. It is never pleasure to have to go into this store especially when you'd like to send an Evri parcel. Their printer never seems to work. When you come to pick up your parcel, without even checking, they tell you to come back the next day! When I ask him to check, my parcel WAS actually there!!! I now use another store. Avoid this store at all costs!!!

   If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolutely shocking the amount I've gone to drop a Hermes/Evri parcel off here and there's always one issue or the other. The final straw was when they asked me to come back the next day and there were apparently still issues. They might as well stop offering the service altogether as it's never working and they really don't care. Bunch of rude incompetent staff and I will never be wasting my time at this shop again

   Worst customer service ever. Very rude and unhelpful staff. The service that they say they deliver they don’t and then the machine doesn’t work. Didn’t leave parcel as was not safe. Don’t recommend anyone using this shop.

   Worst place to drop of parcels, machine never works or they’ve ran out of Hermes receipts, I’ve been about 8 times and have only managed to drop of a parcel twice. Theres always an excuse not to take Hermes parcels, pretty obvious they just can’t be bothered with it since it takes up space behind their counter!

   Always really friendly customer service. As an experienced server, service with a smile doesn't cost a thing. I receive this each time I visit! The store itself has a varied range of products available so no doubt they'll be able to adhere to your needs/wants. I'm a returning customer... Are you?
