Edited: Bought some items from koodai that arrived decayed and mouldy. The items that had deteriorated were worth £35. I've contacted them twice to request a partial refund for the inedible items only and they replied on the date that this comment was originally posted. My delivery was not refridgerated in transit and the parcel was delivered by a 3rd party service. The delivery was also one day later than when agreed. They've said that I will recieve my partial refund soon so I am waiting for this.
