   The staff here are incredibly rude, intimidating bullies. I've been subject to ongoing abuse from the staff in this store for more than a year. After I finally had enough, I told someone about the bullying, only to be faced with more abuse from male members of staff. I will happily shop elsewhere if it means I don't have to be intimidated for just getting my groceries! I'll be putting a formal complaint because the behaviour is appalling. The staff are severely lacking in customer service skills.

   Terrible experience. I bought Alpro vegan milk and noticed that the expiry date was the same day. I didn’t take the receipt because at the checkout you are asked whether you want one or not. I assumed that Waitrose wouldn’t do things like this and wouldn’t put milk on the shelf at full price if it was expiring the same day, selling it as if it were fresh. I went back to return the milk and the customer service assistant told me she couldn’t refund me because I didn’t have the receipt. I could understand that part, but it is really shameful, Waitrose, to put expired or same-day-expiry milk on the shelf and sell it at 100% of the price.

   Nice enough Waitrose but the car park is a joke. It's enormous so you can find a space but there's only one ticket machine which has a massive queue every time because there's only one and RingGo won't let you park for less than 3 hours which costs a fiver. Can't risk not getting a parking ticket as there are tickets inspectors on site prowling for easy fines. Joke considering how much they charge for food when Sainsbury's and Tesco offer free ANPR parking

   The staff here is really friendly and attentive. Once, being poorly, we ordered tissues and other healthcare supplies from them, and they wrote a very kind ‘get well’ on the paper bag, another time, we have left my daughter’s water bottle in one of their trolleys, and they kept it safe for us, they’ve also been helpful if we needed boxes for a school project. Apart from their products always meeting the standards, it’s so important to have a local shop, where you really feel like a valued customer, and it’s all down to their employees.

   This is a really lovely place that immediately makes a positive impression. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, making it easy to feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. One of the best features is the huge parking space, which is incredibly convenient and takes away the usual stress of finding a spot. Having so much room for parking makes visiting even more enjoyable, whether you’re stopping by for a short visit or planning to stay longer. Overall, it’s a charming place with plenty of space and a relaxed, friendly feel that makes you want to come back.
