   Appalling service. This is my local Evri drop-off point, and I carried a large parcel here on foot only for it to be refused, despite being well within the weight and size limits. The shop owner blamed Evri drivers for not collecting larger parcels but that’s not the customer’s problem. If the shop cannot provide the service it’s contracted to offer, they should resolve it with Evri rather than inconveniencing customers.

   My go to corner shop - been coming here for the last 5 years. Staff are very helpful, always willing to help and always have what I need! Don’t go off the old reviews, management has changed in the last couple of years and needless to say that the service has changed entirely (for the better)!

   I’ve been going here consistently for many months and the staff are always very helpful and kind, but last time I went I spent 15 minutes there with my friend because we were waiting for someone and I’ve spend over half an hour easily there before and they’ve never had an issue, but the man at the front comes up to us and kicks us out in an extremely rude manner, and we explained we were planning on buying something but we hadn’t decided what yet and we were waiting for someone who would arrive shortly. He didn’t listen and told us to get out immediately, and wouldn’t even let me buy something. Horrible experience that has soured my view of the place completely, I’m sorry.

   Owner has changed !!! Previous reviews are referring to the grump who used to run the place however we now have lovely service and it’s my go to for essentials and Evri parcels. Good variety of products, wines, beers. Prices not extortionate, wouldn’t do for the weekly shop but feel blessed to have it so close.

   Grumpy and rude man, refused few times to service me (I'm using Hermes services) because I needed two different tracking numbers. I perfer to go to Sixth cross road or any other branches with Hermes. Make sure to check the prices, because the price on display shelves ahs nothing to do with the actual price (happen every single time).

   Terrible service staff never welcoming only really come here to buy sweets on the way home from school I have bought stuff that’s out of date before and once I got some frozen peas that where white and really out of date staff are just always watching stuff on their phones at really loud volume also had a terrible experience picking up/ returning parcels

   Stock is awful for the size of the shop. No sense of any sort of management. Freezer cabinet without frozen veg. Some items rung up, others not rung up or rung up under a different category. Could be so mucg better.

   Poor customer service. Tried to return a parcel using My Hermes and shop assistant would not help despite me tying to explain that Amazon had sent me a QR code that needed to be scanned. Would not return, even for a pint of milk.
