Worst place to visit. Staffs are not friendly and the hilarious thing is security is packing the deliveries for the customers. This is not going in good way. Please increase to help others. Do not save money by decreasing staff in supermarket.

AVOID THIS STORE – SADISTIC MANAGEMENT & UNFAIR FINES Review: I am writing this to warn local residents: do NOT shop at Asda South Harrow (Northolt Road). They will take your money and then punish you for it. On 8th November 2025, I did a massive shop here costing £372.07. As a 62-year-old shopping alone, handling a trolley of this size naturally takes time. To make matters worse, the store’s operation was shambolic. There was only ONE till available for trolleys, and even that was closed when I arrived. I had to beg staff to open a till, wait for them to find a cashier, and then stand in a long queue. Because of their delays and their staffing failures, I was in the car park an extra 58 minutes—just over the 90-minute limit. The result? A £100 Parking Fine. When I called the store to fix this obvious mistake, I spoke to the Store Manager, Mr Ricky Allen. I explained that I am a loyal customer who just spent nearly £400. I explained that I work 18-hour shifts in the health sector and cannot easily return to the store. I offered to email him a digital scan of my receipt and the fine immediately—legally valid proof that would allow him to cancel the charge in seconds. He refused. Mr Allen insisted that I must physically come back to the store to hand him the paper ticket. He knows I work 18 hours a day. He knows the fine increases if I don't pay it quickly. Yet he chose to be obstructive and bureaucratic, refusing a simple email just to torment a customer. It is sadistic to force a 62-year-old health worker to commute back to a shop just to correct Asda's mistake. This isn't just bad customer service; it is the total negligence & absence of professionalism. I have been a loyal Asda shopper, but after this experience, I will never step foot in this branch again.

The shop has a good location easy accesible. The parking it's ok but tight. Inside was clean and tidy easy to move around the shelfs. More shopping carts are needed. The checkout goes nicely. The staff are ok. Using public transport you'll find a bus stop right infront of the shop and the tube station, Northolt Park, 3 minutes walking distance. In the back of the parking you can find bins to drop used clothes and shoes. You can find a good variety of food, drinks and some house hold accesories.

Always fresh vegetables and fruits. They also sell fresh flowers. Hot sandwiches and many other products. Easy to get to by bus or car. There is free parking for store customers.

Asda at South Harrow is the nearest supermarket I do my shopping , the staff are so nice and friendly few weeks ago I had a problem with my Asda App the gentleman helped me rot sorted out unfortunately I forgot to get his name but this morning such a lovely lady was working at self check out offered me help and she was so nice I asked her name was Aseiah hope I spelled her name correctly. Did a click and collect and the delivery to your car did not work. When collecting inside I literally was shown the basket and told to just pack my stuff whilst blocking there main goods entrance which I then had to move everything as staff needed to get in and out of the store. One of the items in my shopping was incorrect and told to swap the item myself with what I was looking for. Couldn't find the item to then be told that I can't get a refund there and then and that I should do it online! When I did do it online it initially got declined and had to go through their customer service to get the refund. It’s just like any other Asda, but when it comes to paying, only one till is open and the rest is the self service tills. So, can be annoying when you just want to pop in and out quickly. May be they are short staffed, but even at rush times, they don’t have enough tills open.

The store is ideal to shop only in the morning or just before closing. Other times it's busy and Covid restrictions are not followed properly. They also have fresh bakers, halal products and seasonal products as well. My favourite is the flower section the store has lot of varieties. Self checkout is mostly used however be prepared to wait in lines. I can see wholesellers often come to take huge stock of liquors and dairy products. You have free parking and staff are helpful.
