Great value produce. Need more space at self service as it can be difficult to take your trolley out when there are other customers.
The lady helped me too much as I was new in the area and couldn't find things where exactly they were placed she helped me twice 5 stars
The staff was very rude during my visit today. I called one of the female employees three times for assistance in finding a product. She responded by saying, "I will help you once I finish my work." Overall, the service was unhelpful and disappointing.
Bought mini pizzas, 6 months out of date. Bread nibbled by mice. Staff are verhy unfriendly. Bit like the store is being run into the ground.
Beware of scam in Iceland they simply put stickers over old ones with incorrect details I do my regular grocery here, I find it’s quite accessible from my home. This store has almost all the stuff but you’ll miss if you’re Indian. They very limited option for spirits, wines and beer and also in terms of pricing it’s on higher side than other stores available.
Good produce. Reasonable prices. Well stocked. Good special offers. Grateful for over 60 Tuesday discount. Iceland seems to be a well run business with a heart.
Can pick up good deal and as one of the biggest stores in the local area, this really is the go to. Some bigger stores will be cheaper and more cost effective but if you live nearby then then this is the place to pick up food stuff and sundries.
Lovely older lady of Indian origin working as a cashier, always continuously for 3 years since it became my local shop providing excellent customer service. And all the store improved much with operating more than one cashier, so no waiting excessive queues anymore.
Really good range of items, Halal section, and good deals throughout. Sometimes it does get pretty busy, but as my local iceland very good and open most days until 10pm!
I arrived at Iceland for my weekly shopping and was greeted by a kind member of staff who I hadn't seen before. I think he might've been new. His beard didn't connect and he said he failed his driving test a few times. Poor lad but very good services because he helped me find the PG Tips when I didn't have my glasses.
