This isn’t just a one-time issue—staff here are consistently rude to many customers, not just me. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service being tolerated. Basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum, yet it’s clearly lacking.

Not wheelchair friendly at all, rude and twice overcharged and already overpriced not going back after the last time charged £2 each for ice cream one day then another worker tried to charge £4 each hubby said no a chance and told the worker the price the day before he also charged £5 for a plate that the next time hubby picked one with lable that said £3.99. Don't waste time with uncaring rude store just go up the road a little to the other store. The manager needs to sack the worker who over charges or i wont go back And on one day alone i spent £55 as just got out of hosp and just moved to area another £45 within the same week so there loss not mine

0/5 Stars This is, without a doubt, one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly rude and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience just for walking through the door. They clearly have no concept of customer service and treat you as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you shop there. On top of that, the prices are ridiculously high—easily double or triple what you’d pay elsewhere for the exact same items. Nothing in this shop justifies the absurd cost. To make matters worse, the selection is mediocre at best, and it feels like they’re trying to gouge customers who don’t know any better. Save yourself the time, money, and headache—avoid this place at all costs. There are far better stores where your business will actually be appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Green Valley Shop. I find the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude towards customers completely unacceptable and in breach of basic consumer rights. Section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states that businesses in the UK are legally required to perform services with reasonable care and skill, which includes treating customers with respect and professionalism. Embarrassing customers for choosing to pay half by card and half by cash is not only unprofessional but also legally questionable. While businesses can set their own payment policies, these policies must be communicated clearly and applied fairly, without causing distress to customers. Additionally, as of January 2018, businesses are prohibited from charging extra fees based on the customer’s choice of payment method, as per the Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations 2012. Furthermore, it is a legal requirement for shops to display prices clearly on or below the goods they sell. Under Regulation 4 of the Price Marking Order 2004, all products available for sale must have a clear and visible price tag so that customers can make informed decisions before purchasing. Failing to display prices accurately or at all is misleading and potentially in breach of trading standards. To clarify, I am not here to complain about the shop’s prices but about the unacceptable behavior of the people working in the shop and their failure to comply with basic legal requirements. The owner must take immediate action to address these issues, train the staff to act professionally, and ensure that all items in the shop are correctly priced and labeled. Such behavior not only tarnishes the shop’s reputation but also risks legal consequences if left unaddressed. I want to make it very clear that if this behavior does not change immediately, I will write a formal letter to the local council to report your practices. I understand the legal standards you are obligated to meet, and I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further if necessary. The owner must take responsibility for the staff’s unprofessional behavior, ensure they are properly trained, and address these ongoing issues. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately

This place is a rip off, avoid going there, lots of different staff every time you go there, they all charge different prices, i went in to buy a breakfast bar the gentleman wanted to charge me £1.49, the day before i paid 99p. Oh and they never give you back the right change they will alway round the total up to the nearest penny. When challenged they would say we have no change in the till. How can you run a shop with no change. Doing this daily to every customer those pennies add up. Staff are very rude, even to the point they would tell you to F off when you challenge them on anything.

Very rude. This guy I tried to buy red bull barcode one so I browsing from backside and I tried to take legal one so I can pay £1.49p . because these people sealing multi-peck products & still these people charging for this Red Bull £1.49 is illegal. he said don’t come in my store and using F word I put this comment on the harrow council group. Plus this people sometimes over charged. If we don’t notice then this people do this thing.

If you're thinking of using this so-called 'supermarket' for UPS delivery, please don't do it. I went in with a smile, said "Hi, I have a UPS package to collect pls" and presented my collection e-mail. The aggressive response I got from an assistant was "where is the name [on the e-mail]?" - Is it my fault that UPS didn't put my full name on the e-mail? He clearly didn't know what he was doing because UPS don't do it. Agressively & rudely, he accepted my photo ID and directed me to look for my package - is that my job? No. When located, he again asked me rudely "where is the name [on the package]?" - is that my job? No. Now all the packages that this clearly busy UPS collection point has, were out, on the shop-floor and not in any way secure. Anyone could have stolen one and they wouldn't be any the wiser. Rude, aggressive and incompetent - Please don't send or receive packages here.

Really bad customer service! Extremely rude when asked to do an Amazon return which is listed as a service on the website and told me to come back at a specific time (which should be stated on the website). The man was extremely rude and I didn’t feel safe.
