   Extremely rude,when try to get my parcel,ask me for id then ask me more questions,even my phone number after i give my ID,not a clue who they think i am,and all of that to retrieve my work pants....

   I very happy with service ,staff are very kind suprisely they all kind of things you need and do royal mail dropoff also and the shop is very tidy , highly recommended

   They are selling fake vapes bought from there 3-4 times and every time the vape lasted 2 hours max. They are buying it for so cheap but wanna sell fake to people paying £5 when they pay £0.50. Pathetic shop

   I went there with a couple of friends to get some snacks and I wasnt done looking for food and the guy at the counter shouts at me telling me to pay, i also did want to wait for my friends but i wasn’t too mad about that. I asked the guy politely why I had to pay quickly and couldn’t finish shopping and he said something about school not sure what he said as I couldn’t hear or understand him that well. I then went to to tell him that its 3:20 and school finished 20 minutes ago but he ignored me. I got my card out ready to pay and was trying to tap it, while i was tapping it I did look back at my friends to see if they were finished looking. I missed the card machine a couple times when looking back and I apologised because it was my fault. I then tapped it and he SCREAMED at me saying “TOUCH” I didnt really know what he meant and he screamed at me so loud that even my friends were scared to go up and pay since he was so rude. I was honestly flabbergasted that he treated me like that. I know that Im never gonna go in that shop again but I think it was shocking the way he treats his customers.

   Don’t usually complain but I’ve just been in the shop & the guy serving is so rude that I will not be going back again Unable to respond directly to your reply. The problem was the guy serving behind the counter, decided he would first of all make himself a coffee from the machine whilst I waited but what got my goat was the way he snatched the money from my hand without a please or thank you. When I reminded him of his manners he got rude & thought staring at me would intimidate me.
