   Waitrose Harrow Weald is consistently excellent. The store is always clean, well organised, and well stocked with high-quality produce. Staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist, which makes shopping there a pleasure. The fresh food selection is particularly good, and everything feels thoughtfully curated. A reliable, calm, and premium shopping experience every time.

   Have not been to Waitrose for a while as we live overseas. We were hoping to see interesting food ranges similar to M&S. Although there were a few interesting items, these were minimal, and we were underwhelmed by the options. On a positive note we received friendly and helpful information from one of your team; we think his name was Michael G? Still a good store but does not seem to be up to the same levels as before.

   My recent visit at the Harrow and Wealdstone Waitrose left me deeply disappointed. I am 26 and was shopping with my 24 year old brother. He had his physical ID and showed it straight away. We had around £50 of groceries including food and two bottles for homemade cocktails. The staff insisted on checking both of our IDs. The manager told me that I do not look over 25 which still means I clearly look over 18. Since my brother’s ID legally satisfied the age requirement for the sale, the continued challenge did not make sense. I even tried to reassure staff by showing a photo of my passport, knowing it would not be accepted as ID. The situation was escalated anyway. The continued challenge stopped being about preventing underage sales and felt like inappropriate authority and lack of common sense. I support ID checks where appropriate, but the way this was handled felt rigid and lacking in judgment. I hope the store improves how these policies are applied so adult customers are not made to feel like they are doing something wrong.

   I usually go to waiteose South harrow but today visited Harrow Weald one. Very nice location, amble parking and friendly staff. You have Iceland and LIDL just next to it. Very convenient for shopping

   The classy supermarket chain in Harrow Weald. It is a nice little branch, and is always busy on weekends. It is in a great location, you always find the thing you want if you can't find it when shopping in the Lidl or Iceland nearby. It has a good sized free car park at the back of the store. Obviously, the stuff is more expensive in Waitrose than in most other supermarket chains but you are paying for bit more quality. Let's hope Waitrose never leaves Harrow Weald!

   Nice place, has a limited selection as it is a smaller waitrose but the staff are very nice and it has some of the more niche products such as pumpkin puree. Parking is ample and is easy enough to get to.

   Big building and parking in the back. If you come through the main entrance, walking around makes sense. If you come through the parking lot entrance, I suggest you walk all the way to the main entrance and start shopping from there. There are many deals every day, including reduced prices. Good location as well. Close to bars, restaurants, and bus stations.
