   Rachel the manager was fantastic guided me with the best biscuits for my friend house warming party. The biscuits were delicious, with the magical charm of M&S, will be back again. The custard creams are my favourite, quality ingredients like real custard power, touch of elegance above other supermarkets.

   Im an inward patient who was allowed to go for a walk to the shops and back. Costa was closed so tried the good old establishment of M and s. Never have any issues with the main line stores on the high street Young staff member cleaning the machines so I asked him if the machines hot drinks finished for the night. He said yes I’ve only started cleaning but you can have a tea aslong as you busy some fresh milk-as the machine is out of milk now. The Asian Indian/pakistani man really going above and beyond to help a customer and that which is a sick person in a ward. Over comes another Indian female senior m and s staff member - rude abnoxious and should not be working in a food store with this attitude. She interrupts and says he’s closed in aloud voice. Then gives her poor male colleague evil eyes and hovers around to see if he’s still going to give me a good old cuppa. Seriously what planet are some of these people from you see an inpatient in pyjamas and your unprofessionalism and attitude is not acceptable! You might work for a subsidiary marks and Spencer but you young lady should not be allowed to deal with the public with those utterly ridiculous manners!especially not in a hospital! We all have long days but very disrespectful to your customer and your colleague infront of your colleague is not acceptable!!! Your need to be retrained on how to talk with customer and to your colleagues!! On the other hand the young south Asian guy a professional shop assistant who should be a manager and should take over her job!! 17/9/25 20.10hrs

   I purchased a Cappuccino this morning for my father who is extremely unwell and was looking forward to having the said drink. I was so disappointed upon receiving the so called drink and paying £3.90 for a quarter filled cup and full of "froth". When I questioned the M&S staff or so called experienced coffee maker, she stated that it was an Italian style. I feel conned and insulted, Please M&S stop robbing people for a proffit and sell adequate coffee not rubbish. -000000 feedback and utter disappointment

   needing a coffee to wake up and although it is not the most straight forward coffee machine to use, Hussein has been really amazing in greeting and helping us. The energetic and friendly approach has 100% made her one of the best employee in M&S can ever ask for. Even after our payment and trying to get her name to get a review done, she is already helping another customer by explaining everything to her. No hesitation at all in giving her a top review for what she wholeheartedly deserved.

   Excellent quality food but sometimes too expensive and you cannot always find what you need as it is inside a busy hospital. I find their £0.40 reusable paper bag difficult to carry in your own handbag. The staff are wonderful and more than willing to help. Thank you ☺️
