   Rude and horrible owner. Place is filthy and I saw cockroaches there recently. Avoid like the plague which is ironic as you'll probably catch the plague here. Terrible business and especially owner. They are very rude, don't give proper change and many of their food items are expired but you can see they have relabelled them to try and sell off food

   Handy for the sub post office and parcel returns. However, the shop really needs a complete face lift and updating, inside and out. It is some way behind the times: customer service is basic but not terrible; fresh food quality and presentation isn't great. The store layout is at best functional. It's just ok for essentials/emergencies, when one has run out of milk or bread. Too much shelf space is devoted to alcohol, like some cheap off-licence. With some imagination, could be so much nicer as a local shop, but I don't think they are inclined to change anything or have the wherewithal to do so, or perhaps don't see a need. Is this what the demographic wants? However, there is hope : go and visit the Kensal Store to see what an excellent local convenience store can be, and try to make improvements in that direction please.

   Awful shop with out of date food some of which had mould growing on it. Not all products have prices on them so they charge whatever they like. Complete rip off and the worst rude customer service. This place should be shut down on hygiene rules.

   The owner of this store is a drunk and utter rudeness in his service. He just started mumbling rubbish in front of other customers when I forced him to explain why he had clearly 'expired products' on the shelf by 5 months! Please check the products as they do not seem to care. Wish I has taken a picture.

   I’m always amazed how people can still retain customers, when the employees here haven’t a single mode of basic customer service. Many products haven’t any prices on them. The fruit is often withered, I wouldn’t salvage it if I really needed. The employees. One cannot communicate in English. Another is always on the phone. And the other two cannot find it in them to smile, look at you, or tell you the total price. Lacking in manners basic service and personal hygiene. Two stars for the variety of products. Definitely not on personal development in representing the company as a happy professional place to work or visit. Can be very off putting. But if you just need something and you’re not phased by dreadful service then you’ll be alright. Ask the price of a product before buying. I’ve complained but yet to see a change in this.
