   I visited Tesco on 25th July 2025 and arrived at 10:52 PM, expecting the store to be open until 11:00 PM as listed on Google. However, the doors were already closed. I wasn’t the only one — even a delivery driver was waiting outside, saying he had been there since 10:50 PM. This isn't the first time I've experienced early closure at this store. I raised the issue with the store manager, but nothing seems to change. Staff should follow the advertised opening hours — closing early without notice is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve also filed a complaint with Tesco HQ and request that CCTV footage from 25th July be reviewed. Tesco needs to take action and ensure staff follow proper procedures and treat customers respectfully

   I visited this Tesco store on 25th July 2025 around 10:50 AM. The store was already closed even though the posted closing time is 11:00 AM. I waited outside until 11:00, and then two staff members named Vivek and Chilka came out. When I politely asked why the store closed early, they argued with me. One of them said, “If you have a problem, say my name — I don't care about Tesco.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve reported the incident to Tesco Head Office and asked them to review the CCTV footage. I hope action is taken. Very disappointed with the experience.

   This is the worst Tesco I've ever visited. Every time I come here, I end up waiting several minutes for someone to open the door for customers. Today, there were already eight people waiting, and while we stood there, around ten more joined the queue. Despite knocking and ringing the bell, someone eventually came out and told us to come back in 15 minutes because their colleague was on a break. The level of service is completely unacceptable.

   Awful customer service they can’t even do their job and wasn’t even bothered to tell me they open at 7 he came up and did the middle finger I hope their store manager sees this comment on the dot and it was 06:58 he could open but open the tills at 7am. Ridiculous customer service and very unprofessional doesn’t suit retail !!
