   Very rude shopkeeper, took my phone and threw it on the desk instead of handing it back to me when my hand was out. Printed label and didn’t stick it on, then asked me to go to the back and drop it off myself in his back room. All the while speaking to me like an inconvenience. He even started serving other customers whilst he was in the middle of serving me and I was just stood there waiting. Terrible customer service won’t ever go back!

   Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I went in to return two Amazon parcels, and from the start, the experience was unpleasant. The man at the counter didn’t even greet me, no “hi” or “hello.” After scanning the QR code on my phone, instead of handing it back to me (while my hand was clearly extended), he threw it on the counter for me to pick up. He then printed the return labels but didn’t bother to attach them to the parcels, even though they were right in front of him. To make things worse, he asked me to carry the parcels myself to the storeroom at the back of the shop. I have worked in retail and have experience with parcel services, and I know for a fact that it is the staff’s responsibility to take the parcels from the customer and place them in the storeroom. Making the customer do it is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. Honestly, what kind of customer service is this? If customers are expected to do everything themselves, then what exactly is the point of having staff there? Absolutely disappointing experience.

   Visited this shop a bit earlier today to return an Amazon package via Evri. The guy at the counter completely ignored me for at least 2 minutes straight as I stood at the counter and then in a very matter of fact way took my phone to read the bar-code! Reading the reviews, I could see similar reviews but I'm encouraged that the store manager is reading the reviews. Please talk to your staff about customer service - it is not very difficult to return a hi or to acknowledge a customer. I won't be coming back to this store ever again!

   Absolutely horrible service. Called earlier and lady on the phone told me to come in and they were open later the day even on a bank holiday. Not open on time they said they would be, I called to check and woman said no worries they were coming in 2-3 min no indication I should leave. 20 min later man came in yelling that I was calling on a national holiday and how I can’t do that etc etc extremely rude and vile and said I was trying to pick an argument when he started it. If employees don’t want to work they should bring it up with their boss not their customers.

   Since going back to work on and off, I have all my online orders come to this shop for click&collect. Brilliant store and always have my parcel ready especially when I phone to check. Brilliant service, parcels and returns are kept secure.

   Not satisfied with the service provided yesterday afternoon. I was the first and only customer when came to pick up my Hermes parcel. The guy behind the counter could not get my name and become quite frustrated. He gave up on looking for my parcel and started serving customers coming in. As people keep coming in he completely ignored me serving others. When I have asked him to get my parcel as I can not wait any longer he said that I am not the customer of this shop as I am not buying anything and if I have a problem with it I can collect my parcel next day. Eventually he wanted to hand over someone else's parcel to me and did not check my ID, email confirmation etc. Very arrogant and rude man. I wont be using their services again.
