   I have purchased a milk bottle the big one. The last night I fancy the cup of tea as of open the bottle it felt something rattling inside so I called my wife I see something black rattling at the bottom of the milk bottle and then I got the strainer and I poured the milk and investigated their was a metal bolt in my milk bottle I have lived here in England for nearly 40 years I have never seen anything like this please be careful do check your product when you do buy I don't think anything is safe

   What a deeply unpleasant store. Every single member of staff we asked for help was abrupt, rude, and had a nasty scowl on their face. You really felt that they all hate their job and have no interest in helping people. We approached one of the staff, a lady, and asked her if she knew where the spices were… She turned around with a foul look as if we had just told her her son has been kidnapped, and yelled “I’m not working!”…when she was clearly stacking shelves. It’s my local store but I will not be returning here and will instead drive 10 extra minutes to my closest Waitrose.

   Good location, I enjoy that’s it’s near where I live however the store doesn’t have a lot of options and stock. I strongly recommend that this store should be with more stock and more products for customers. They should also redesign the layout it’s looking pretty old as well. Overall they should have more payment lanes as I don’t want to do only the self checkout option. The Acton one is way better and cleaner as well Ealing should do the same.

   Lots of great products & offers. The meal deal is great. I introduced lots of my colleagues to this. The only issue is some of the popular ones are not made enough, and they sell out very quickly. For example the spicey smoked salmon salad is simply amazing but me and my colleges have difficulty in buying it if we go there earlier than 11:30am or later than 13:30.

   I’m a regular customer of this company. Last night I went there to buy a few things and I asked one of the members of staff to help me to find my stuff, she completely ignored me! It was surprising! I asked her again politely but she didn’t say anything! I reported to the duty manager. I won’t go back and I won’t recommend it. Awful customer service.

   A fair sized supermarket with parking which is pay and display refunded if spending over £5. The gave me change for the car park. A good selection of products and a fresh salad bar. Customer service desk a bit slow with often a queue.

   The toilets are disgusting, I spoke with the manage and the excuse is the shop is very busy.. I told her the baby change platform wasn't clean in months neither the walls or doors, they just put bleach in the toilet and that's all. Be careful when you buy fresh produce like chicken because mostly expire in 1 or 2 days. Difficult to find staffs for assistance.

   Better hours and selection than Marks and Spencer across the street. Morrisons also has an Express shop (grab and go) near McDonalds which is good for a quick in and out. The lady there even helped me with getting a 'lunch deal' which I never would have figured out on my own.
