   The worst Sainsbury’s local I’ve ever been to and I come here all the time because I live very close. When it gets busy and there’s a line of people waiting down the aisle to pay, they never press the bell for extra staff. It’s like they’re too scared to ask for help as their manager might think less of them. Also why the hell do they have those annoying Perspex screens up so you cant even pack your bag quickly and you need to contort yourself to pick up your items. Sainsbury’s make a fortune! why can’t they sort this out and install Self check outs like the rest of them.

   Newish duty manager now there young tall thin English guy with glasses very rude and full of attitude. Customers seem to be an inconvenience and he ignores you as you are asking questions. Not really management material. I thought it was just me but other people are experiencing the same. Shame really as all the check out staff are lovely.

   Service here is poor. Never enough people on the tills and the ones that are on the tills seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving. A lot of products aren't priced either so you have to go to the till to ask,.

   This evening around 7.30 pm I went to get some essential shopping as this shop is local to me and i am a regular shoppers. I was really annoyed by poor service by a young man "Wasin" probably his name. No greeting thanks or bye not even offered a bag though we have to pay for it and i have purchased few staff a bag would be perfect. customer behind me greeted and offered bags though he's got more or less similar shopping. i am simply sick on this kind of attitude. Customers should be treated as a customer regardless how much spent or look. i have been working in retail all my life with pride and great care and outstanding customer service skills. this kind of attitude shouldn't be tolerated in retail or anywhere else.

   Now this shop should be a gold mine: a middle class shop in a middle class area. Yet it disgusts me. The Cheam local branch recently downsized because it rearranged its aisles and literally had to move its aisles forward a bit to abide by Sunday trading laws and there is no way in hell that this is smaller than Cheam - for starters, its aisles are twice the size of it and it sells a lot more stuff than Cheam. The Co-operative, a few yards away, isn't much better because you'll pay more in there for lower quality; Tesco Express is cheaper but lower quality as well. Londis, which many people shun due to it being an independent and I often shun, because it often charges Irish recommended retail prices, is well worth using because this branch does not follow Musgrave suit and is targeted at the school, so they know how to charge modestly for quality, branded goods. If you are a Sainsbury's stickler, the Kiln Lane branch is no more than half an hour away on foot; if you like quality, M&S is ten minutes away (although that branch is bloody expensive due to it doubling as a petrol station) and if you want convenience use Londis. Just don't use this branch.
