   Absolutely awful experience with this store. Staff in charge are rude and dismissive with zero integrity. Not a good experience and the store really should be investigated. You can not shout at customers!

   This happened on the 31/10/25 the security guard feels out place Google doesn’t allow me to put a description of them, doesn’t do a good job preying on good customers not on thieves. I think he hasn’t got a proper SIA license. He was preying on me even though I’m not white myself then when I came back the second time told the worker to ask me if the rest of the shopping was mine I told him that you did see and you were preying on me before he got embarrassed. The other man is better on other days.

   Vary bad service. Vary vary vary disappointed service. I order from deliveroo app . Without asking and taking permission they canceled some of my order items and send rest of order.You have to ask to continue without such product or cancel order its your work to do . I order just because of that items only . Its not fair on the behalf of customer you take decision. Every time they did the same . I don’t want rest of item take it back and give my full refund. Poor service, vary bad. . 0 start

   I am regular customer and had argument with staff and apparently you have to spend £5 for the £1 car park refund. There is no notice saying that. The staff accused other staff members of not knowing this rule. She did not give the refund.

   Sping roll or just roll? If I wanted to eat puff pastry by it self I would would have brought a puff pastry. "This is why mum's shop at iceland" or do you mean this is why mum's don't go to Iceland anymore...

   All the frozen items and some groceries are available at iceland harrow. But sometimes (like 15 to 20%) some items are running out of stock. But all over it's good place and good for the Various frozen items and Ice Creams.
